The hotel is very nice, although the furniture in the rooms need updating. It’s very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing!

Very old with broken sink and mold all throughout the shower.

Front desk professed to own only one luggage cart which they "had not seen in a few days. Had to make a few trips to get all of ours in. Once You get past the updated lobbty area it is all old. Looked like some mold in the shower.

Wow, very nice check-in. Great service and friendly. The condition of the room was fair. Worn and dated, but the bed was great! The housekeeper left the room unfinished, but it was almost clean! 😁

Comfortable bed. It was pretty clean, but old looking building and dinning chairs. Shower water pressure was intermittent during our morning shower. Practically a trickle.

Room didn't get cleaned had to request it and when it did get cleaned dirty wash clothes and hand towels were not taken. The bathroom floor had dirty boot prints from prior guests. They wouldn't honor my honors rewards. The whole experience was not what I would expect or hope for as we pay a decent price for the room. I don't think I will return.

The staff was great and helpful. The property itself was convenient to Ft Sill. It was run down. Upholstery was flaking off, worn out towels, broken cabinets, some plumbing issues. Keys had to be reprogramed 5x. It was easy to hear upstairs noise. Having a ceiling fan in the room was great.

Needs updates. Furniture dirty, walls dirty.

The breakfast here was the best I've had at a motel in a long, long time.

Good stay

Just what I needed for a one night stay close to base

First room wasn’t fully completed with tile and some other small things. The big negative was that the shower had water damage and black mold in it. However the staff was tentative and change my room quickly.

It was just average.

The staff were incredibly attentive and so friendly!
