The property was very clean, bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very professional and accommodating.

Near the water, it's a short walk down to the docks and to nearby shopping at the marina. The breakfast in the morning was quite nice, and while were eating outside a friendly cat appeared. I admit we fed it and it purred. Five stars, would pet again.

Great service, beautiful hotel and amenities. Small pool - beach is close but public and very crowded. Rooms rather small but would stay again due to its character.15 min walk to town.

Nice quality hotel. Most of the staff were very friendly. The quality of the fruit at breakfast was surprisingly disappointing is the only negative - but it really should have been better for the star rating.

The hotel was pretty good. Only thing I did not like for the hotel is that the corridor the light seems to turn off. It is motion detector, but the timing of the motion detector is very very short, including the public restrooms you barely go in and the light turns off. Creates a sense of darkness And honestly being very, very cheap about it. If you’re reading this and you still like motion detector lights in a five star hotel, which I have never ever ever seen in any of my travels. I recommend you increase the timing instead of what feels like 30 seconds to at least five minutes.

excellent stay, lovely stay

This is the rare hotel that really is in perfect position to offer easy access to the beach (out the back gate and you are there), the major tourist areas. (15 minute walk), top restaurant (Lola’s) but still no crowd noises. Couple all of this with some first class service and you have a platform for. Memorable experience

Staff were wonderful, accommodating friendly and helpful. Great breakfast spread. Convenient to beach, restaurants, old town, etc.

The hotel was a little bit of luxury, where the staff delivered on customer service every time. The room was superb with a huge comfy bed and a large bathroom. Breakfast had every option you could think of and all the food was fresh and laid out perfectly. We only ate one evening at the hotel and the food was excellent, it was a bit of a chaotic evening as there was a local thunderstorm which meant a lot of hotel guests were eating at the hotel which put pressure on staff, but they coped admirably despite the demand and the conditions. Only disappointment was the local public beach which was just across the road from the hotel, it was tired and expensive to hire sunbeds & umbrellas. The old town and harbour area are just 15 minute walk away, so an excellent location to see the main sites.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s perfectly located—just a short stroll from both the port and the charming old town, making it an ideal base for exploring without needing transport. The bedrooms were a real highlight: modern, beautifully refreshed, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. From the plush bedding to the sleek bathroom fittings, everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The pool area, while lovely, was a little on the compact side. On a couple of occasions, we did need to wait for sun loungers to become available, but once settled, it was a relaxing spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a dip. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and friendly approach made a real difference and contributed to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, this hotel delivers on location, comfort, and service. A great choice for couples or small groups looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay. We had a lovely time and would absolutely return.

Property was pretty but service mediocre. Nothing special.

The staff at the Hotel Park is excellent, but the hotel itself is tired and in need of some updating. The carpet in the rooms and halls is worn and the bedding is generic and not comfy. We stayed three nights and cleaning services only came one of them. After a long day of sight seeing, this was disappointing. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, the food is great, but the vibe is a little lacking, even though we were there on a weekend we were only one of two tables having dinner. Overall, it's a nice enough place but it is definetely overpriced for what you get. I would suggest looking for a smaller boutique hotel (there's lovely one next door), before spending the money at this hotel. Again, front desk staff, the bar staff, all excellent, but the experience overall is not enough to justify the hefty summer price tag.

We stayed at Hotel Park for 2 nights and I would not recommend anyone looking for a 5 star experience to come here. The property is dated and extremely tired. While the staff in duty were all lovely the condition of the hotel, room, and amenities is not considered as luxury. Location is great but there’s really not much else to this other hotel than that.
