The staff very was friendly but the smell in the room was indescriptible really bad and strong…we had a room on the highway side so was very noisy…if you’re a smoker you can’t smoke not even 3 feet from the building you have to go outside the property

Overall the hotel is nice. Where it falls down it the breakfast. The food is edible, but not great. There is room for much improvement. I have stayed at multiple One Hotels, and this has the worst breakfast of all I have stayed in. A second point is the noise from the highway. Get a room on the back side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper

Excellent staff and accomodations.

I think I have stayed at this property maybe four or five time, only one stay was not so great. I had a room that faced the highway, and the truck noise kept me up. After that I always took a room on the opposite side, something the staff was always happy to help with, and I slept like a baby.

The hotel is on the edge of an industrial zone so a bit of traffic is nearby. Nothing unsettling.

I have stayed at this property twice, my first stay was great, this second had one slight problem. The hotel is close to an elevated highway and the rooms facing the road do get quite a bit of noise. The even numbered rooms face the road, so if you are sensitive to sound like I am, I would suggest you request a room facing away from the highway. That said, I enjoyed my stay as always, this hotel chain is my "go-to," for accommodations in Mexico.

The same consistent quality and service I am used to at One Hotel. I like knowing that I can trust this when I book.

It was close to the place I visited, the staff was very friendly and polite The only down side of the stay was the breakfast was not hot enough to enjoy the meal.

Service was good. Breakfast was good. Room was too small for the furniture and as a result it was crowded. When you enter the door actually hits one of the beds. Ok for a place to sleep for the night.

The scamdemic is over, remove the masks. I felt sorry for your kitchen staff, as everytime she gave someone a mask the people in the cafeteria would laugh. And some refused to play the mask game.

The towels were worn out and thin. The space for a two bed room is very limited. Otherwise everything was very good.

It was not to my taste. First it was full of municipal police in their vehicles. Very frightening especially being in another country and not knowing what they may be taking in. The second thing is that i was bitten all iver by bedbugs. The next morning i went and cancelled rhe rest of my nights and an additional room. The front desk peraon didn't even care. All she said was ok. Definitely not booking again.
