Amazing hotel, we were very comfortable staying at Best Western hotel. The staff was welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean and comfortable. They have private parking which was for 10€ for 24 hours and breakfast for around 13€ but worth it! Will definitely stay again

Nice hotel close to train station

Large parking lot, quiet location, close to tram station, friendly staff, delicious breakfast - everything is great!

Booked a twin room only to find out we’d been given a double. Reception then told us there were no other rooms available, the hotel is very big and didn’t seem particularly busy. I reminded them that this is their error and that they’d failed to meet their obligation, this is no fault of our own. We were then given 2 singles as compensation for their error. No mention of additional costs at this point or at check out. I’ve since returned home to an email asking for an extra 344 euro!! This is appalling service and very devious too. Had they mentioned extra costs I would’ve asked for a full refund and went elsewhere. Pathetic from such a big hotel chain, they’ve lost my trust now, I’ll never use them again.

The service was excellent at reception and bar. Staff were very good and this stood out. Also location good as u bahn right outside. The property itself was functional. It reminded me of a work conference in university type accommodation. The gym wasn’t particularly good with limited equipment and couldn’t get the cross trainer to work.

Bathtub very slippy when using as a shower - really need to supply anti slip mats in the bathtub. Shared toiletries with however many guests had used the room before us is really gross! (disgusting)

Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and parking was so easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

excellent hotel in everyway

Breakfast was very nice. Not a bad location from Stuttgart city centre. Parking was easy and at reasonble charge. Toilettries are of high quality. I really enjoyed staying there.

The breakfast was average. The bar was very nice with good service. The room had a strange layout but worked well for me. good internet. The bathtub was to high for most. It was OK for me but I am quite tall. There was loud construction out front but that is not the fault of the hotel. I will stay here again.

Great location. We were in Stuttgart for Oktoberfest and the Porshe museum and ended up falling in love with Fellbach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very nice and comfortable.
