Absolutely beautiful modern hotel that is in the perfect location. Close to Old Town Square and other must see places. Situated on the picturesque river pathway. Highly recommended if visiting Wroclaw.

Everything about this hotel was just superb. The room, the service and loved the breakfast options too. The location is perfect too, to get right into the heart of Wroclaw and the garden out the back backing onto trees and water just do so nice. Highly recommended

Fabulous location, quite modest sized yet welcoming rooms. There was ample common space to eat, drink or just relax. 5 minutes from the flower market and less than 19 from the Market Square. Breakfast was nice but IMO overpriced. There is Starbucks 5 minutes away foe Americans craving their daily fix. Would stay again.

Clean room but for a price like I paid this is very basic. Not even a fridge nor a coffee bar. Coffee machine is at the main reception so you have to go down to get your coffee. Different but very inconvenient for the customer. Selections of food are ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room in general is not too bad . Very central to the old town .

Fabulous hotel , great location. Rooms spotless and breakfast excellent. Every member of staff we encountered were very helpful .

The room was lovely. Really clean, nice bathroom etc. Hotel was ideally situated for the old town and the free tea and coffee in the reception area was a nice touch.

The personal at the front desk were truly amazing and super helpful. Also, the cleaning staff did great work cleaning my room. They are top notch!!!

This was our third stay at the PURO Hotel this year, and once again, the experience was wonderful! Special thanks to Wiktor at the front desk — his professionalism and patience were exceptional. He has consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate us and handle my occasional mishaps with grace and understanding. It’s service like this that keeps us coming back. Highly recommended!

Excellent facilities, but more importantly, was the perfect customer service from the staff. Great location and free bikes is always a bonus.

Great location. On-site parking available. Unlimited coffee/tea free of charge. Clean room. I did not like the size of the single beds.
