The property clean and tidy with modern rooms and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice at breakfast and nice quality food.The 24hr bar and mini shop seems quite a unique idea

The hotel is in a great location. People were wonderful. The room was a good size and my daughter loved the breakfast.

Great stay here. We had the one bedroom apartment which was a small stones throw from the main hotel. I was on the sofa bed which was super comfy. Staff were really friendly & helpful. We always walked everywhere - within 30mins of most places we went but the metro seemed super convenient.

I took the bus from the airport and walk from there was just 15 min, the hotel was nice and comfy, the service was great and I really kind, I'be back for sure

We had the two bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

The stay was amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, providing everything you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. It's very family-friendly, and the breakfast buffet, though basic, was plentiful and satisfying. Definitely worth the price!

Great stay at the Bo18 hotel in Budapest. Very friendly and helpful staff morning and night, clean rooms and functional bathrooms with good showers. The breakfast was wonderful with great options, including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, veggie and fruit options, yogurt, multiple bread and pastry offerings and several coffee/tea choices. Would definitely stay here again.

BO was on reception when we arrived she was so friendly and helpful even told us if we got lost during our stay just ring her all the staff were lovely 😊 beds were so comfortable area was fairly quiet breakfast was good plenty of variety lovely spa area as well very near the metro easy to get around .

A excellent hotel with lovely staff - accommodated all our requests and a lovely surprise on my birthday with a cake and staff playing Happy Birthday at breakfast - a lot of local restaurants and shops in walking distance as was transport into town / city centre for amin attractions - whilst not in city most places accessible within 30 minutes and travel card came in handy - thank you for a pleasant stay B018 - lovely team of people happy to help and always with a smile - Brennan

The breakfast room was well maintained, and had a good variety of food choices. Prosecco was available. Room was good size with a great bathroom and shower. Staff were very helpful! Location a bit far from main attractions for walking, but metro (or bus) within a few blocks.

Visited Budapest for the first time to celebrate my birthday, the staff at reception made me feel welcome and were respectfull, i was given a birthday cake and glass of champagne on the day. Bedroom was spacious, good amenties, it all about the detail. The water in the shower was not very hot during my stay, i attemped to have a bath but the water didnt stay hot for long so was not relaxing, i didnt like the fact that 2 twin beds were pushed together to make a double and instead of having a double duvet it was 2 individual duvet for twin bed this kind of defeats the point having a larger bed, if your restricted to using only one side of the bed. I asked about this at reception and was told all the beds were the same. There was a Good variety of food at breakfast but the staff were not as friendly, a good morning would have sufficed and it took them a longtime to clear my empty plates even when i was the only one in the restaurant at the time. I accidentally booked this hotel thinking it was a four star hotel but considering it was only a 3 star the facilities were good and the service was definitely 4 star so all was well
