Beautiful peaceful boutique hotel located close to center without being in the thick of tourists around the plazas. Staff always friendly and helpful. Overall an ideal stay in Cuzco

Should have asked for help with air conditioning, it was very hard to get comfortable with breathing. Needed a fan maybe in room, otherwise, lovely.

Excellent staff, good service, high quality rooms

The hotel was amazing – very beautiful and well-designed. The staff were extremely polite and did their best to provide excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, and having a jacuzzi in the room was perfect after long hikes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the location is also very convenient.

Good location, check in and check out was good. Room location 106 was terrible on ground floor next the lift when I specifically asked to be away from lift. Noise from corridor and lifts meant poor sleep. Breakfast service was so slow that I didn’t have my ordered eggs which did not arrive after waiting for 30 mins and we were the only people there at 6.30 AM!!! Unfortunately can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Location is a block from the main square with tons of dining and shopping options. The hotel is like a museum and the rooms are spacious. Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again

Very convenient location located at the center and the main square. The room were smaller compared to Aranwa Sacred Valley, but guess that is what boutique hotels come with. Our stay in Aranwa Cusco Boutique hotel was great

They welcomed you with complimentary drinks to redeem during your stay. The food at their restaurant was delicious from breakfast buffet to dinner. The soups are a must for your first day in Cusco…Antonio was a great server at the restaurant, very attentive and accommodating. Guido helped us with our luggages and was very helpful. Loved the Hotel and will book it again. Till next time!

The French-style courtyard was very beautiful. All the staff were very helpful and friendly I was right to choose this hotel. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful historical home/museum. Service the best I gave ever seen-- personal, friendly, efficient. Beautiful property. Small but comfortable room with spa tub, heated bathroom marble floors, great breakfast included. Lunch and bar excellent!
