This place is definitely not a 5 star hotel and definitely not worth 250 usd per night. Stayed for a week and I normally ask my roomed to be clean around the same time everyday and there were few times i requested and they forgot about it and made me wait an hr. If i didnt call and check on it, they would have totally forgotten. Also, they give to go breakfast for people who goes on early morning tours. I have some dietary restrictions and i asked for boil eggs to be put into this to go box. Boiled eggs are cheap and could be easily prepped the day before and they straight up told me no. Ive been to many 4-5 stars hotels around the world and i have never been refused some simple request like that. Mind you this is a 5 star hotel that charges more than 250+ a night. And they are telling me they can’t even offered something simple like boiled eggs, its crazy.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic service.

I loved the decor of this hotel it was so elegant and old world class. The service is incredible they treat you like royalty. When I arrived they told me to go sit down in a quiet sitting room and they brought me tea. They told me they will take care of all my luggage and take them to my room. The breakfast room is so elegant and they prepare the food ao nicely. Theybhelped me to arrange a tour after my outing got canceled and they really saved the day. They made us feel so calm. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Aranwa. The property is very well maintained, offers great service and is walkable distance to all the main attractions. All the staff is always happy to help and stay very comfortable and memorable. Thank you!

The location is great and the building and furnishings are really beautiful. The breakfast was pretty good but not as much variety as others in the area. The rooms were very loud which is mainly due to all the tile and gaps between the door and floor. Hard to change this in an old building. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the helpful staff!

This boutique hotel is gorgeous, and close ( one block) to the main square and the service is exceptional. All the staff members were very polite and helped us with everything we needed for our trip to Machu Picchu. Don't forget to request your breakfast box in the early morning.breakfast was outstanding😋 I used the business center; while it's not equipped with the latest technology, I was still able to print some papers for my school. I definitely recommend this hotel! Elizabeth Agurto
