The hotel was very nice except it was hard to find the front door.

The hotel overall was comfortable, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the area, which was a bit of a nuisance. Unfortunately, the devices meant to control them were turned off during our stay, which made it a bit tough to relax outdoors.

Nunca nos dieron el tour de la propiedad el servicio en el restaurante super lento no tienen suficiente personal .. Se tardan horrible para atenderte tube que hablar para que fueran a limpiar la anotación . Nos dijo Erin que los Uber llegaban ha y asta el último día nos dijieron que la el app de Uber no funciona hay… El hotel esta hermoso pero la atención fatal.. Antes de hacer mi reservation para preguntar si el bar de la piscina estaba abierta me dijieron que si pues nunca la abrieron cuando pregunté porque estaba cerrada me dijieron que fue porque no tenían suficientes reservaciones ósea!! Yo pague por mi estancia así que me merecía la mima atención que si ubiera estado lleno No lo recomendaría…..

Great facilities

The good: Staff is very friendly, place is really nice and food and service are excellent. The bad: Shower was not clean. Had hairs from previous stay. (Complained and they took care of it) No hot water, complained and they moved me to another room which had the same problem. Complained again and hot water came out. Last day back to the cold water. 4 showed total (3 cold and 1 with hot water ) This place has a lot of potential and maybe it was amazing before but with this issue I would not stay again. Sad because staff is really nice and food is amazing

Fantastic environment, great food, but not that many options because some vegetables or meats available. Chef Arturo came out to offer some other great delicious options, my wife and me were amazed that he personally went to ask and offer options. He cooks fantastic, we asked for him to congratulate him twice, the room was fantastic and clean all the time. Spa people were honest and professional, massage really relaxing and good.

Excelente property in particularly the pool and grounds area. The room view was great however, AC and carpet were not good. Service at restaurant was excellent not so much at the reception desk.

El jardín y la alberca están hermosas, muy bien cuidados. El servicio en restaurante está lenta y no tan atento. La limpieza de las habitaciones necesita más atención, y la falta de agua caliente fue decepcionante y sorprendente por el precio que pagamos. En resumen, nuestra estancia estuvo bien pero no excelente.

Honestly, at the time of check-in they asked you to please "Do not make a lot of noise" but all the neighborhood around has a lot of barking dogs all night long and in the very early morning 7-8 am a laud noise from the gardener. Also, the Hotel mentioned "Breakfast Included" but once you there on site, is limited, you can only have a breakfast with the coupons they gave you. and if you go over the $420 pesos, they charge you and extra cup of Juice or Coffee to expensive.

La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, honestamente han bajado mucho la calidad de todo comparado a veces previas que ya habíamos visitado el hotel. Al momento de hacer check out tuvimos la experiencia mas desagradable de toda la vida. Quisimos pagar los cargos remanentes con American Express, sin embargo su terminal no tenía conexión, literalmente era la única forma de pago con la que contábamos, al momento de ver que la terminal no iba a funcionar le comentamos a la persona del front desk que nos permitiera ir al banco a sacar dinero y que le dejabamos la tarjeta y nuestros documentos en garantía. Nos retuvieron las llaves del auto y nuestras pertenencias, no nos permitieron salir de la propiedad y nos vimos en la necesidad de llamar a la policia para que nos auxiliara. La PEOR experiencia de todas, el PEOR servicio al cliente. Jamas volveríamos a hospedarnos en el hotel, nunca lo recomendaríamos y quedamos extremadamente indignados y con un mal sabor de boca por el trato tan pobre que dan a sus huéspedes. El peor hotel de todos

Everything was wonderful! The only problem was the noises at night, one night some guests partied all night and they were not told to lower the volume. Otherwise, everything was great! Highly recommend this property!
