Fantastic stay, room very clean and tidy with plenty of extras. Nice and close to town, great stay look forward to coming back

Clean room although dated. Swimming pool closed and restaurant under renovation. It would have been helpful to know via a message on the webpage etc (as other places do) as one reason for booking was the use of an onsite restaurant. Lovely gardens. However, first night there was no hot water, phoned the next morning and it took 3 calls to get through to 'emergency' and only number listed for reception, when we got through he said he would send someone, meantime we checked power etc to no avail, a cold shower in the middle of winter in Pemberton was not idea but we had appointments we needed to attend. Upon returning in the afternoon still no hot water. The receptoonist provided another room, thankfully. However, no offer of a refund for part of the first night or voucher for inconvenience. We are likely to not stay there again after this experience which is unfortunate.

Our smart tv did not work so the guy came over but could not really fix it so went back to his office and brought back a new component to help but even then we could not see local channels and tv kept pixelating. We watched YouTube the night we were there as couldn’t watch local channels. Also the tap in sink in bathroom felt like it was going to come apart so we were very careful turning it on and off each time.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, quiet, beautiful gardens, ticks lots of boxes. The fridge intermittently clicked through the night which was the only negative.

Loved this hotel. We had the deluxe room with a lovely balcony overlooking the well kept grounds. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

No fuss book in. Arrived late. Seamless. Room fully equipped. They thought of everything. The garden is gorgeous. Quiet room. Stayed five nights. Could not fault it

The room was clean and tidy bathroom was large and roomy the grounds are beautiful with all the amenities that you need for a great stay.

It’s something of a period piece but charming. Not everything is modern but you have all you need and it’s spacious and clean. The grounds are lovely.

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet accommodation. A toaster would have been helpful. Staff responded quickly to our report of plumbing issues and it was resolved quickly. Great friendly staff in the restaurant, great meal.

On opening the door I was impressed. It was a little dated but had so much room and bathroom was large. Kitchen included. Had the convinence of a laundry. Plus a gym if inclined to use it.

Highly recommend.

Pemberton Tramway was fantastic!

Our room was basic but clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Just right for our 1-night stay. About 5 mins drive to shops and eateries.

We had the most lovely stay over three nights. While the rooms might be dated, they are immaculately clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It would be great to see the restaurant open.
