Great hotel and very friendly staff. Great location for a business trip.

The pool and sauna was a great relaxation place after a long drive, loved the barside dinner option after late check in and the breakfast was delicious if a tad expensive.

Not very clean

The room was stiflingly hot even with the fan on full. I wish I’d checked whether the rooms were air conditioned. The receptionist was great-friendly, helpful, pragmatic. The breakfast was good but there was some horrible drilling going on in the adjacent room which challenged the peace of the breakfast meeting I had been waiting on with an old friend. The management could have paused this work until breakfast was over

Play pool and sauna. Short walk to tram stop into city centre ( tram 1 or 10) Last tram back 22.54 (dependent which tram stop) Complimentary drink a welcome gesture.

The pool has very long hours (7AM to 10PM) which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was ready early and as promised. Very good value for money.

Parking was challenging.when hotel is full may have to pay 15 euros a night or up to 500 meters away. Bar/ restaurant nice. Pool area fair.

Booked this hotel last min while away working, I arrived late, had a good night sleep and breakfast in the morning. Any staff I engaged with were keen to help.

Everything was what we expected. Comfy, clean and great breakfast to send us on our way.

Long check in, not the lady’s fault, she was very nice. So many people waiting. The bar is almost unattended always, again very lovely friendly lady. But she was covering the bar and restaurant. Restaurant, far to expensive and no choices. Buffet only. Breakfast so expensive for so little. Check out was with another friendly lady, but people just fed up with queuing and just left key cards and left. Not enough staff here at all. Big problems. But the staff there was running around everywhere. I wanted to complain but didn’t have the heart while watching them work so hard to keep everyone happy. Shame on you management and owners. Find another hotel people. Keith

Good hotel for the money, especially considering the nice breakfast spread. The rooms were clean and functional, but I would have liked a few more amenities. For example, there were only 2 small bottles of water in the room, and no other source of water in the hotel after hours. A mini-bar would have been nice. Overall, a good experience.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, during our stay the swimming pool facilities were closed due to coronavirus pandemic but we checked the pool and looks really impressing like a little lagoon. Great choice around Magdeburg area!

Lovely hotel and stay. Free parking very close by for hotel guests. Fabulous breakfast.

Friendly staff, only stayed for two nights and didn’t get to experience the entire hotel experience. It definitely had so much more to offer. Located about 8 minutes from the city center.

Just plain good service for the price

Nice business hotel but unless you have a car it is too far from the downtown area (walk to nearby tam was about 6-7 min). There is no AC so rooms facing west have no chance for cooling in the summer until late at night with the windows open. There was an outside party with live band at the nearby apt complex the night we were. (bring earplugs). Terrific breakfast buffet.

Booked for 2 travelling colleagues. Both happy to stay for a further week when asked. No gripes about any part of the accommodation.

No air conditioning but a nice hotel in general!
