Booked this hotel as it was close to Airport. Our flight was at 7.45 am and hotel couldn’t arrange a taxi until 7am which was an issue. We had to phone and find a taxi that would,which was difficult as we speak very little Spanish.

Good place to stay close to the airport. Breakfast with many options of food.

Clean, comfortable and very convenient and safe location.

The breackfast was not included according to the person in charge of the check in, finally they accepted no charge my room with this item.

It was a good stay, would stay again

Es la tercera o cuarta vez que venimos y estamos muy contentos con nuestra estadía.

There was only one towel available for both of us, we had to ask for a second one and they didnt bring it to the room, because there is no room service, I had to go to reception.

Unfortunately without cafeteria service. They can’t offer alternatives, empty store on weekend.

Pretty basic, but served its purpose for the trip. Water temperature in the shower was sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and sometimes changing between the two mid shower. Staff was super friendly and was able to communicate in English just fine.

Las habitaciones son súper pequeñas y ruidosas. Imposible dormir bien. El desayuno limitado. Las dos mañana que estuve, tuve que esperar alrededor de 15 min para poder comer huevos revueltos que es lo único caliente que sirven. El hotel está al lado de una autopista y en frente de un centro comercial muy grande que se veía bonito. El aeropuerto está a 10 min en auto

Friendly staff and accommodating. Close to shopping center and restaurants.

Has improved very much since my last stay. WiFi is much stronger. Check in still a little slow but better. Had small problen with room safe but they were reasonably prompt in resolving the issue.

It´w practical, that the hotel is near to the airport. The breakfast has been quite well, but the rooms are small. Kind staff

Basic room, not very big but does have the essentials. The room takes up almost all of the space. I think it is okay for one person but would be very tight for 2 people to stay in one room. They don't have room service but you can order food and take it to your room on a tray. The problem is you have dirty dishes for the rest of the day and until the next day when housekeeping comes. My shower leaked so I had to use my towels to dry the floor. They provide 2 bath towels per room and do not provide hand towels or washcloths. The breakfast buffet is bad..really nothing but breads and some limited fruit selection. You can walk to the mall across from the hotel using a pedestrian crossing that is enclosed and goes over the highway. The mall is very nice and has plenty of places to eat and shop. Very few of the workers speak english and the ones at the front desk have the knowledge, the one who teaches english at a school, but doesn't have the practice in speaking so plan on using spanish except for the most basic of phrases used in a hotel. There is parking but you have to you the service elevator to get from your room to the parking or...take the main elevator and then take stairs from the 1st floor. When I checked in nobody explained this to me, most likely because they could not say it in english. The air conditioning in my room didn't really work well. It didn't matter what temp I set it to be, it seemed to be set on the one the hotel decided was best.
