The view was very nice. However, I could not go to sleep until 2:00 am Thursday night-Wednesday morning due to the unbearable noise of racing motorcycles. These illegal street races lasted six hours.

I personally stay and keep my touring clients/guest here for the atmosphere and is 5 minutes away from the commuter airport

This was a great stay! We enjoyed the view from our balcony, I mean, on one side Panama City and on the other side Amador and the Pacific. We even enjoyed watching raccoons play on the surf. The breakfast was ok. But Nextdoor was the great Ranchito Restaurant which served like the best sangria ever. I had a seafood soup which was very tasty. So I am definitely going back on my next stay.

The beach house is very beautiful. A bit misleading. There is not a spot to swim! You can rent out kayaks and paddle boards, but you cannot swim there due to water pollution of the city. The nearest swim beach is 30 minutes away. Ubers and taxis are easily accessible. The room service occurs everyday. You have to pay $7 if you want breakfast. 20 minute ride to Panama’ City

The hotel offered a restful environment catering to my needs

I like to stay at least once at the Beach House when I visit Panama to be able to walk and bike around Amador. I usually stay there about once a year. This year I had issues with the bathroom and asked for it to be serviced. While they sent someone, they were ill prepared to fix the toilet. They ended up changing me to another room but that bathroom also was having drainage problems. I think the hotel bathrooms need to be serviced and the staff needs quality tools to fix the problems that arise. Both toilet brushes that they were using broke, it was the first time I had seen a that. When I asked they said that all the plungers were broken.

The road around the property was littered, not a reflection on the property, but did detract from the toal experience.

We like the property and its exceptionaly beautiful location; however, it is not a priority for the hotel to be friendly with its regular customers (with one or two exceptions!); not even management is friendly; it is kind of weird!

Easy to check in. I had a great view of the ocean. Room was clean and very large. There was ice right out side of my room.

It is 1:30 AM and we have not slept due to constant extremely loud pounding music from next door and the may not stop till 4am and hotel cannot do anything for us??? Am asking for a refund

Would stay here again. Toilet not flushing properly. Fixed within 30 minutes. Breakfast was adequate. Nice view over water from top floor. Safe had no batteries in it to power up lock. Good value.

Great hotel. But the location caters to yhe cruise ship passengers. The restaurants and bara in tge area aren't great.

The pool bar needs upgrading. Pool needs painting. Staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable. Great location.

The property was ok. The front desk lady when we arrived didn't acknowledge or welcome us. Ignored us since she was busy speaking to a co worker.

Nice rooms but AC fan was so strong we had to turn it off and sweat and there was lots of loud music from neighboring restaurants - handy as they were to eat there. It’s nice in the morning to see all the swimmers and cyclists etc taking advantage of the nice roads.

Great and quiet hotel in great location by ferry and some spots I already wanted to visit. Loved the water view and little patio. Was clean and staff was always very helpful with my not so good Spanish. Think this is perfect place for quick, relaxing vacation.
