Staff and surroundings were amicable and pleasant . I like the rooms cooler the AC was not very cooling . It was set at 21”c but the room could not be adjusted and or cooler . The valet front desk and Masala dining and cafe staff were friendly

Great hotel located conveniently near the highway . Beautiful surrounding,amazing atmosphere and friendly staff who were always helpful.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi. This was my 5th stay in the last 3 years I hope to be back for another stay in few months time . Thanks a ton Team Holiday Inn Kochi ..

Service was top-notch! Staff were so attentive and detail-oriented. I was treated like a star customer from the beginning to the end of my stay. Aparna from customer service was awesome! Hats off to you, Holiday Inn Cochin! Truly five-star service.

It's very noisy and rooms were shaking on the lower floors with DJ blasting from the 2nd floor inside the hotel on Thursdays, Fridays and Weekends. DJ must not play inside a hotel like this - wrong place to have DJ. Poor buffet management with overcrowding at times around the food area. Poor layout of the dining area - overcrowding at times.

DJ music was blasting on the 2nd floor, and the whole building was shaking. After 25 hours of travel, the DJ music-blast woke me up from sleep. Had to change my room to an upper level. Disastrous experience. Loud live music with speakers blasting inside the dining hall !! Bad choice to have loud live music inside dining hall. Disastrous experience. What we need is a quiet dining space with light soothing music. Disastrous noisy experience.

Great stay

Breakfast was good. Chef Ankit took trouble to ensure we got crisp Appam . The massage washroom should have slip resistant flooring. Overall the staff was prompt.

The room was smelling bad. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Complained to front desk and the room was changed.
