It s not bad

Cons: very tired furniture in room, needs replacing, and no kettle (we took our own, but only 1 socket in the bedroom and one in the bathroom). The parking is not actually on-site but at a sister hotel around 400m away and is really tight to access. We now have a small Jaguar XE. If we still had the larger XF model we might not have fitted. Pros: Great beachfront location near the end of the pedestrianised area, which the hotel can pre-arrange access for, to drop off luggage (freely accessible until 11am daily, so also no problem to load the car when checking out). We had a sea-facing room with balcony. Bed was comfortable and we weren't disturbed by internal noise. Air-conditioning worked okay, but we didn't use it much as preferred to have the balcony doors open. Other: Breakfast is standard 3* continental - okay for 3 days but couldn't take it for a week. Needs more variety of bread, meats and cheeses. We dined out in the evenings so cannot comment on the restaurant food. Staff: Great communication both before and during our stay. Check-in was a breeze and they explained how to get in after hours, how to use the lift, directions to parking. Receptionist at the sister hotel was super patient and helpful getting us parked. We usually use 4* & 5* hotels but booked last minute and chose Svizzera for its location and parking. For a 3* hotel, it was pretty good, apart from the furniture.

Terrible. They confirm family rooms for 5 people, upon arrival they said that the rooms are for a maximum of four. Still had the audacity to demand extra payment for breakfast. All inconsistencies in the booking are explained by the poor performance of the Internet platform through which we booked (Expedia.it). Everything is old, the rooms are small, the air conditioning did not work.

Very friendly and helpful manager, we were running late, traveling by motorcycle, so we were a tad nervous, but he waited and knew exactly who we were and took good care of us, showed us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. This place is very well maintaned and have the beach and lots of restaurants in close walking distance. If you are considering this hotel, you dont need to hesitate. Go ahead and book it!

La chambre quoique petite était parfaitement agencée. Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre en front de mer.

Meget små værelser, lidt slidte men pæne og rene. Fantastisk havudsigt fra balkonen. Morgenmaden lidt kedelig, kaffen forfærdelig. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme.

Bonjour, personnel très sympa, par contre la prestation vue sur la mer n'as pas été respecté ainsi que le balcon ,le prix ne correspond pas à la chambre que nous avons eu

Chambre vue mer direct avec terrasse. Petite surface mais fonctionnelle. Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel aimable. Très bien situé face à la plage.

La 1ère ok, la 2ieme non. 1iere nuit pas dormi.bruit toute la nuit.2ieme nuit chambre sur cour.tres froide .chauffage bizarre . On aurait pu m me donner une autre chambre avec vue sur mer...

Super vue !!! Front de mer avec une très belle promenade. Petit-déjeuner très bien. A noter notre venue avec gros chien, personnel très accueillant et chien gratuit (merci).

Så fantastisk personal i receptionen, vänliga, tillmötesgående och så hjälpsamma. Mycket bra på att prata engelska. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell:)
