Habaneros restaurant next door is perfect

Todo muy bien muy limpio y buen servicio al cliente,sin embargo me tocó la mala suerte que duramos sin luz como por 5hrs por arreglos que estaban haciendo ellos. De ahí en más todo bien sólo sugeriría una máquina de hielo o bebidas frías y está perfecto

Rooms were clean, the parking was more than ample and the staff were very kind. The only two things that were bothersome were that the bathroom extractor didn’t work, so that made the whole room swampy after someone took a bath, and the rooms weren’t really soundproof, so you could hear every car and person passing outside.

Parking was safe. Easy access.Staff was very comprehensive and we were upgraded to a suite due to the circumstances.

I didn’t eat breakfast. TV didn’t function, or poor quality reception.

Hotel itself is nice, but the whole reason we booked a room at this hotel was to use the pool which was closed. They didn't offer any discounts or any other options for the inconvenience. If you need a place to sleep it's a decent hotel though.

Every time I go there, they treat me very nice. The brooms are clean. They always give me a disabled room with some kind of chair to put under the shower as I am in a wheelchair.

The room was spotless, the people were courteous, I had a good experience

Staff was great. Room was okay- what you would expect from Mexico budget accommodations. Other guests were loud. They kept locking and unlocking cars until about 0300 and the horn honked every time they did. 2 different times they left between 0100 and 0200 for a beer run and were rather loud upon return. Not good sleep due to these interruptions.

Room was clean. I would have appreciated tissue paper as the slot was empty. I also noticed there was coffe in the lobby the next morning, would have been nice if the staff shared this when we first checked in.

I had a great stay but the floors are very dirty if you walk barefoot the bottom of your feet get very dirty and you have to wash your feet again..

Ended up having to pay extra money at checkout after they told me a different total when I first checked in will never be coming back to this hotel ever again. Woke us up at 2AM to inform us about another charge after the first charge They also failed to inform us about the marathon that was held the day we were going to check out so roads were closed & the rooms smell

Need to have a stool under the shower so I can take a shower due to the fact that I’m in wheelchair they never had one
