Great place to stay in the heart of Granada! Location is perfect, on main Gran Via across from cathedral and loads of shops and restaurants. Room was really nice, bed super comfy and clean, nice bathroom and amenities. Coffee and tea maker in room. Staff very nice and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff and great location. Great room amenities with coffee and tea provisions. Lots of selection for the breakfast buffet but its pricier than normal. Its like the price for a dinner entree. It could have been a perfect hotel but the shower stall is leaking....the bathroom floor gets wet. The half door of the tub also results in the bathroom floor getting wet. And theres not enough towels to dry the floor. This is actually a safety hazard as guests could slip on the wet floor. I don't understand why European hotels are designed this way. It results in a mess in the bathroom.

Good hotel to stay centrally, comfortable spotless rooms, breakfast choices good, excellent views fro the terrace bar, rooms cleaned spotless.

Breakfast is tremendous but 20 euro. Hotel was immaculately clean and terrific location.

Exit light for the room was bright and room was not dark, the noise from the street was loud at nighttime. Ned was not very comfortable. On a good note the hotel was located close to all attractions and restaurants.

perfect stress free staying, I wish rooftop would be open late night

The location is great. Getting to the parking structure is difficult due to one way streets. Hotel staff was great but said the hotel was booked and they could not switch us to a better room even tho we had several issues with our room. The bed took up most of the space in the room so there was little area to move around. Tub was clogged and did not drain. Shower leaked onto floor in WC. The body soap and shampoo bottles were nearly empty and ran out during our 7 night stay and when we asked for refills they were also almost empty and ran out. One of the toilet flushes did not work. Some overhead lights did not work. Thermostat did not work. The carpet had several stains and did not look clean. There is a lot of street noise and we were woken up several times by people yelling in the street. And on the day we reserved the “spa” no one was there, most of the lights were off so it was difficult to see, there was something we could not identify on the bottom of the pool (because it was so dark) and there was a roach in the steam room. This was one of our worst hotel experiences.

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, convenient location.

Travelled with family and this hotel is great. Close to many halal food places and other good restaurants. Alhambra is 25 minutes walk up there and around 18 minutes to come down. Great location and great hotel!

It’s a nice boutique hotel but the bed, en-suite & the amenities are not the best. The spa are was dark & unmanned. The staff only show you how to use the massage shower. No physical staff member is present on site & the only cold & hot massage shower available. Terrace is mostly closed during our stay. Staff were lovely. Location was excellent. Restaurant food and staff fabulous. A couple of minor maintenance issues in room.

Great location, great staff, beautiful hotel and the restaurant down stairs was probably the best food we ate in Spain. Highly recommend Eurostar !

Staff were impeccable, very helpful and a credit to the company . The room however was a major disappointment, the ceiling in bathroom flaking and in need of repair , the view from balcony was obstructed by a large yellow crane , bathroom window opened onto a storage room of Hoovers and zero WiFi signal . Not the experience we expected from a 5 star .

The noise levels in the rooms from the street are a disgrace. You will not sleep at this hotel. Be warned. Also, bathroom doors are illogical at best - you need to move a door to close another door. AVOID!
