My husband and I were blown away by this property. As soon as you walk into the hotel you are transported through time to the 16th and 17th century beautiful courtyard which opens up into the patio and a grand staircase winds upwards to the rooms. This is by far the most magical hotel I have ever laid eyes on. The staff are so attentive to every request or wants, the rooms are vast and ceiling beams decorated in gold illuminated the already gorgeous sitting rooms. If you go to Palma, you have to experience it with thisuch opulence!

Great location in the center of Palma Old Town. Hotel is a very well maintained classic boutique hotel with a beautiful lobby. Staff extremely supportive.

The room did not have AC during a heat wave. Completely unacceptable. They moved us the next day. The hotel does not include breakfast and has zero amenities. Did not feel worth the price we paid. The hotel is attractive and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

We felt like royalty! What an outstanding property. Hidden behind one of the large timber doors the area is known for. Amazing service and facilities. Perfect location for everything. It was even pointed out for its luxury in a local walking tour that we took part in. We will be back!

A beautifully interior designed property right in the heart of Palma. Our room was room 5, it was spacious , luxurious and comfortable. Julia the concierge was more than helpful in guiding us and booking and canceling restaurants. The property feels like staying at your own grand property with a distinctive feel of a home and never feels crowded. My only criticism is that the self serve coffee machine is not on line with the high quality of everything else.

Perfect location for walking to square, shopping and restaurants. The staff was incredibly accommodating, room was very big and bed was very comfortable. Food was great too - had a pastrami sandwich for lunch and am still craving it!

The staff here is wonderful. Jose provided the most lovely welcome experience and Bruno was always helpful when we spoke with him. The decor, ambiance, and even smell provides the most relaxing and gorgeous environment for a stay in Palma. Would definitely come back again.

Now let’s to describe how amazing this hotel is. True 5 star luxury. Love the discreet entrance - it makes it feel like a real home. The information and tour once you check in was really special. The room was comfortable and elegant. Only negative was we were in room 2 and there is very little natural light. The bar and bartender on the 2nd floor was amazing and so cozy. We can’t wait to come back.

The attention and quality of service from all the staff was outstanding - nothing was too much trouble. The property itself is both unique and spectacular for those looking for a quiet luxurious retreat in the middle of Old Palma. The location is ideal for anyone looking to spend quality time in this lovely old city centre with its beautiful squares and buildings. This was our second visit and I'm sure that there will be a third!

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Our deluxe room was beautiful and so comfortable. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. Loved it here!
