National Park, clean room, good staff, good breakfast

Breakfast is very good! The room can have some updates. Location is perfect we walk to the Cataratas of Iguazu and the aves park. Beautiful places. Staff in the from desk very friendly. The housekeeper was very nice lady.

El hotel cuenta con un personal sumamente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a hacer la estancia más agradable. Las camas son cómodas y el desayuno resulta muy satisfactorio, ideal para comenzar el día con energía. Los baños y la decoración del hotel son bastante anticuados y podrían mejorar, ya que resultan poco atractivos. Sin embargo, su ubicación es muy conveniente: se encuentra muy cerca del Parque de las Cataratas, del Parque de las Aves y del aeropuerto, lo que facilita mucho la movilidad durante el viaje.

Maybe it was just bad luck. Even though the hotel wasn't full at all - maybe only a quarter occupied — I was given a terrible room. It was the farthest from the restaurant (where the WiFi router is), so the connection kept cutting in and out. I couldn't even finish a message before the WiFi dropped. The room didn't have a bedside lamp, so once the main light was off, I was left in complete darkness — even getting to the bathroom was difficult. Everything felt quite primitive, and I was bitten by mosquitoes. When I asked the front desk, the staff gave me mosquito repellent (thanks for the help) - but it was literally the last few drops in the bottle. The road in the area is still under construction, so even though the falls are only a 12-minute walk away, it's not easy to get there. You have to walk along the main road, almost like walking on a highway. So better use Uber. The AC is can only be set as 23 degrees Celsius. Can’t turn the temperature up and down from the remote. So you maybe too cold in the middle of the night or wake up form hot and humid. Next time I’d try another hotel instead.

Mala atención en el restaurante y mala la comida. El jueves de noche pedí una pizza mitad margarita y la otra mitad frango con crema de queso, cada porción vino con un montón de pollo y un montón de crema de queso que no era posible comer, dejé todo. No tienen criterio para la cocina. No más voy a ese hotel

Everything is perfect. I really loved that I had been picked up from airport. It is complementary service. Room is clean. Breakfast is tasty. Great hotel

Room was clean and staff very accommodating. Great value.

Breakfast buffet was varied and well presented. We were able to extend our check-out time for one hour longer at no additional cost.

There is no space in the room. Need to upgrade the key.

Good solid budget hotel allowing me to experience both sides of Iguazu Falls

Very convenient for the Iguaçu falls ( an easy walk to the visitor centre). Room decor was a little tired and the sage didn't work. No hot water at 7pm probably due to peak time. Nice little pools. Seems to be popular with families. Breakfast plentiful.

Need to upgrade rooms and washrooms

Expedia rating of this hotel is totally incorrect. Hotel is very old. Not maintained well. Wi-Fi is HORRIBLE! I consider this place as a cheap motel not a hotel. Pool area is a joke. Picture looks nice but in real I would not go in there. And is key entry not card so you have to bring the room key. Also you have to make sure you get adult size beds, our first room had one adult bed and 2 kids bed which does not make sense since we have 2 adults and we booked for 2 full bed. The bed frame is old wood frame they could not even arrange 2 child beds to make a full bed. Thus they have to get us different room. Location is far away from main place thus very inconvenient and road construction make any walking impossible.
