As i booked through Expedia, i was charged £9 at check-in for the car park. Seems excessive and tarnished my stay. I wanted to discuss with staff upon check out and waited around for 5 minutes but no staff was present. I have stayed regularly at this hotel and we even had a buiness rate with them at one time. This is the first time we didnt make a direct booking with them. Maybe lesson learnt but i still feel £9 feels excessive when you are already a customer of the hotel.

Upgraded to a deluxe themed room. Very nice room with plenty of space. The only thing to note really was someone had left wine glasses and a pint glass outside our room. Not ideal with kids.

We were a large family party and the staff in the restaurant were very good. The food was good too.

Nice enough stay, room was basic and the breakfast was average. Only negative was that the toilet in the room seemed to have a leak which we could hear most of the night.

The room was very dated , there was no free water in the room which cost £162 for one night (twin). The room was very cold on arrival, and a third bed had been added in the room which I didn’t request.

Definitely the staff on reception! We were checked in by a lovely lady whose name I didn’t get and checked out by Dom! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and great with the kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean and tidy, but not very warm and soulless.

We had a lovely stay at Drayton Manor Hotel.

I booked this not realising it was at a theme park as it was winter and a quick work booking but none the less I have to say the hotel was decent. Staff were very friendly, room nice and big and comfortable and the bathroom clean. Free parking outside and easy access to facilities.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was so comfortable and had the best night sleep in a long time. Food was delicious which came out quickly to us after ordering. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Cleanliness staff went above and beyond but the breakfast was terrible not enough food comming out ran out bacon one of the main parts of a breakfast people wainting for sausages 20 mins wait for eggs let the whole place down yet our tea meal was amazing even with fussy eaters they did everything we asked for

Room was clean and tidy could do with been abit bigger for family rooms so have abit of space but other than that cant fault it

Very comfy, quiet room, with a fridge, a working tv and good hair dryer. Good sized bathroom with a bath tub. Breakfast was included and the 4 stars reflected that whilst the breakfast was adequate it was “nothing to write home about” as it were. Ooh yes and finding out I had to pay (an additional £9) to park as I’d booked through Expedia was a bit disappointing. Otherwise excellent value for money compared with many other leading brands.

First given hadnt been made and was dirty from previous occupants, went to reception and they put in a themed room which was amazing! Clean, spacious and grest facilities. With park being closed and out of season, price paid was great and breakfast was amazing too. Thank you
