Good customer service.

Loved this hotel. It's a bit dated but very charming and quiet. The pillows & bedding were so comfortable. The staff were excellent.

We booked our stay very last minute and arrived in the middle of the night. The attendant still showed us to our room and provided wonderful service. Our room had a fantastic view and we could hear the waves crashing. The room was minimalistic but clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and our service was great. Would definitely stay again! Also love the 12pm check out.

Great Resort, clean, staff friendly, food delicious 😋 safety place

The room I stayed in was supposed to be a junior suite with 2 queen beds. Nothing like the picture and the beds were full size beds. Very outdated room, beds were noisy and TV had static. The view was great which it was ocean view. Would I stay there again? No

Bed was not comfortable, couches sunk in when you sat down and you can feel the springs. Most seats in Bar were also broken.

This property needs more maintenance all future needs to be replaced, everything is very old

The best thing about Las Rocas is the service! We were able to get acquainted with the server Jack and the bartender Luis. They were so hospitable and kind! They made my husband's and I time there much more fun! They cared that it was my husband's birthday and made it fun and special. Thanks to them, our experience was awesome!

2 pools and 2 hot tubs with a lovely view. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Facilities are run down and low quality linens. Biggest problem was that there is no AC or Heat. Traveling in April, it was COLD. They didnt offer any space heaters or heating solutions other than a blanket. Do not book this property is traveling with those sensitive to the heat or cold (infants, young children, elderly etc.). Overall, staff was great but facilities could use some work.
