Bed was so sunk in Tv was the size of cereal box blurry picture no setting controls Lighting in bathroom was poor

Great location. Rooms were small and TV’s could use an upgrade.

The Restraunt Food was marginal…would not go back to it on my next stay …they are trying to do fine dining …pretty tough to do in the bar area … Early in the season…to make any judgements …

Maintenance & care of the patio side needs to be improved. Hot water in room 305A only work on the sink area but not working at all on the shower area (didn’t mentioned during the stay since it’s only staying for one night)

Pool and hot tub closed for maintenance otherwise stay was fine

Too many people in the hot tub and outdoor pool

Bed and pillows were not conducive for a good sleep, pillows too large and bed too small. The room was also very small.

We stay here every April & we’re disappointed to get noticed a couple of days before our visit that the outside pool was closed for maintenance. When we arrived they said 2 hot tubs were closed as well.

Great room for 4 adults and two kids

Good location. Needs TLC. Pool could be cleaner and second outdoor hot tub could be open. More family friendly food at Elements would be helpful. Close to hot springs. Good for dog owners. Good market walking distance. Great Easter for kids.

Staff were great, place was clean, resort was nice looking, the pool and hot tub were nice. View was great for rooms facing poolside. Would recommend over most other hotels in the area

Outdoor pool and hot tub were great. In-house restaurant could have a little more knowledge about dietary restrictions and options.
