Restaurant super ,the room very mediocre, bed to small a double bed with the p tac directly at the level of my husband face we have to shut it of ,unacceptable, bathroom light to dark At check out nobody ask us ‘’how was your stay ‘’was every thing ok ??’’ None pay the bill and of we go

I left an item behind and the shipping is gonna be for a less than 5 pounds $200 Canadian if you use the postal system it be maybe $50 total but you want to use UPS or purolator for a ridiculous amount of money so I’m gonna ask them to hold onto it till the next time I go through BC

The hotel was not very clean in the rooms. The bar near the pool is not open, there is no music. The restaurant is 7/10.

The main areas of the property seem quite well maintained. However, when it comes to the rooms that seems to be a different story. We had a two bedroom unit and one bathroom in particular was not very clean. There was a bit of black mould in the corner, which is a big health concern. The toilet also hadn’t been cleaned properly! When I brought this to the attention of the front staff, they apologize but did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing. I had even showed them pictures.

Great place with clean rooms!

The room was quite small. It reminded me of a typical cruise room. Not much bigger. The TV was ancient, tiny and awful. The bed was just ok. Balcony chairs were stained. Bathroom counter space was negligible. We were excited to stay here but we will not likely return.

great outdoor pool, but apart from that the property is definitely showing its age. the tiles in our shower were horribly cracked and falling out on the floor, to the point that it was not safe to use the shower in the room. they offered breakfast vouchers as an apology?

A beautiful property, lovely room, and restaurant. We certainly enjoyed the heated pool, and appreciated the helpful staff. Fantastic stay.

We only stayed a couple of nights to break up our drive to the Osoyoos. Had a great dinner down the road at the Black Forest Restaurant.

Very clean with excellent dow walk areas with bins and poop bags. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Beautiful resort and scenery

The beds are pretty good. The pet friendly room was quite rundown however. The bath tub had only shower the lever was broken. So the shower head just stayed on. They had one chair from the original start i think and it was so worn out and sunk in so I had to put a pillow on it to sit comfortably. They need to dispose of the old warped furniture and upgrade. Big heavy wood furniture. I didn’t have a pet and this was the only room I could get. But overall it was fine and the pool is lovely.

The indoor/outdoor was awesome! Loved how the outdoor pool was heated! The restaurant was a bit overpriced and the menu isnt very inclusive to everyones tastes in my opinion. The staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.
