I stayed in two rooms for five days with my family. The location is close to the BTS so it's easy to get around, the staff are friendly, and the service is uncompromising, befitting the star rating of the hotel. However, the hot water in the bathroom is difficult to regulate...it's either too hot or too cold, which happened in both rooms I stayed in. The spring bed was too hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The breakfast menu was okay, but the menu didn't change much over the five days. Overall, it's a nice hotel worth the money.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, right by the BTS station. The staff are enthusiastic and I would love to visit again. It's clean and I really liked it.

if u travel there and meet ur friends, but they ID card or passport of ur friend if they gonna visit. EVEN they ask how long ur friend gonna stay LMAO, Was staying here last year but so good, but since hotel regulations 🫢. And the shower water pressure was very weak. It would be better if this could be fixed.

Location is good near the railway station. It's possible to have 2 lifts in each tower for emergency purposes.

Room is big and air conditioning is very good. However shower water pressure is very bad and the water heater is not in good working condition as hot water will turn into cold water in a minute or two and you have to wait for a minute for the hot water to resume. The room floor is not vacuum, toilet floor not mopped as well (hair can be seen on the floor even after a few days) and bed linens doesn’t seem to be changed after 7 days. Wifi is very bad. Poor connectivity and speed

I stayed here for 3 nights. On the first day, I complained about the water pressure in the restroom. The staff came immediately, and because it took a long time to fix it, I was offered a room change. The hotel's location is very strategic: the BTS station is right in front of it, and there's a McDonald's and a 7/11 next door, making it very easy to get to tourist attractions, and it's right across from King Power Mahanakhon. And since I didn't order breakfast, it turns out there's also a local food court downstairs with delicious food. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel deposit was 2,000 baht, almost a million rupiah, and the hotel slippers weren't allowed to be taken home.

The room is very good and clean. I got a single bed that is clean and smoke-free.

The swimming pool view is beautiful. It is convenient to travel. It is near the BTS Skytrain. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

All is amazing, clean, the staff is friendly. The room is great. Wish I had more time to spend at I Residence Silom Bangkok.
