The parking situation was extremely difficult. We arrived but there wasn't enough parking space. The staff informed us that we had to park at a private parking lot, pay for it, and find our own way back to the hotel (the staff were polite). We weren't locals and it was raining heavily. After checking in, we heard loud noises from machinery or something similar in our room, so we decided to check out. This hotel is not suitable for those who drive their own car or those who have difficulty sleeping.

Customer service is very helpful during check-in and check-out. The room area is comfortable and close to public transport.

The staff provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, the air conditioning was perfectly cool, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I will definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity. 👍🏻

I had a great stay at i Residence Hotel Silom for 2 nights. The location is very convenient, especially because it is close to the BTS Chong Nonsi station, making it easy to travel around Bangkok. The staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the city view here. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money and is a great option for travelers who want a convenient location in Silom. I would stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

I went there when they were repairing the pipes. I had to wait a long time to shower, and I couldn't use the toilet because there was no water.

I stayed in two rooms for five days with my family. The location is close to the BTS so it's easy to get around, the staff are friendly, and the service is uncompromising, befitting the star rating of the hotel. However, the hot water in the bathroom is difficult to regulate...it's either too hot or too cold, which happened in both rooms I stayed in. The spring bed was too hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The breakfast menu was okay, but the menu didn't change much over the five days. Overall, it's a nice hotel worth the money.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, right by the BTS station. The staff are enthusiastic and I would love to visit again. It's clean and I really liked it.

if u travel there and meet ur friends, but they ID card or passport of ur friend if they gonna visit. EVEN they ask how long ur friend gonna stay LMAO, Was staying here last year but so good, but since hotel regulations 🫢. And the shower water pressure was very weak. It would be better if this could be fixed.

Location is good near the railway station. It's possible to have 2 lifts in each tower for emergency purposes.
