Great place to stay! clean friendly and professional. It has a very small Gym but good for a quick workout. near to El Centro. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was modern and updated with a beautiful view of the cathedral. The other room was spacious but outdated

Hotel Alameda has been my home every time I come to Morelia for the last 50 years and always has been pleasent this time when we arrived my wife ask for room number 108 they say no problem we will give you room 108 few seconds later the lady in the reception area said you need to pay additional 350 pesos, I told the reception lady that we are customers of the hotel for the last 50 years and never before we have to pay additional charges on room request she said sorry is company policy she didn’t care I was loyal customer or expedia member she said if you want the room for what you paid do it directly at the hotel I told her I always do my reservations with expedia and was not polide to say that I guess I need to change hotels when I come to Morelia

Clean room , very friendly staff

The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly.

Overall clean room, the elevator is very small and outdated (for visualization purposes, two people and one stroller is max capacity). The checkout time is noon but the hotel deactivates the room keys before that time. This was definitely an inconvenience as the room keys are also used to be able to access the elevator.

This is greatbcentralnspot for some fun in Morelia. Close to a lot of downtown action. 5 stars to this hotel because the staff does everything to insure a perfect stay. They are truly great hosts during our stay. Big thanks to all.

The room was actually okay. Interior room with no windows but it’s an old building so understandable. The noise that came from the lobby was awful! Loud music until 3 am. We were approached 3 times from vendors trying to sell tours just while waiting in line to check in. 3 bars around lobby making lots of noise!!! The staff was friendly enough but couldn’t do anything about the noise (they called it music)! We saw people leaving at 11:30 pm to go to a different hotel because of the “music”!

This hotel is very noisy. You could hear everything and everyone. Roo.s are not very private. We could here conversation through the walls. Other people's alarms and phone's ringing 😒
