Hotel itself is decent. However, had to keep requesting fresh towels and loo roll. Rooms were not soundproof as stated. The hotel also ignored messages from me prior to arriving.

Great breakfast & location near the train station. Nice & modern feel. Some guests seemed to be having trouble with the check-in machine after 00:00 at night once night staff have left. Moisturiser was available in the room as well which was a nice touch, especially after going to the beach!

Room too small

Good location - brief, easy walk from the railway station and likewise to the waterfront and into the old town, restaurants and bars.

Nice for a few days stay & the staff were lovely I do wish there had been a mini fridge as being able to keep a cool bottle of water in the fridge would have been great in this heat.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is not far from the city centre (10 min walk), and the airport (12 min drive), which is convenient for an early morning flight. The room was small but well cleaned. We were given a ground-floor room, which was very noisy throughout our stay due to its proximity to the street.

The hotel is in an awful location with no parking. The dingy room was too small to even open our luggage. After checking in, we located a better place to stay and moved there. We are truly mystified by the favorable ratings for this property.

Tiny. No amenities. Close to the train station. Walkable to the center of the town

The only parking available was street parking and it was difficult to find at times as well a difficult getting in and out of parking sports. The bathroom was very small with no mirror but otherwise it was a good stay.

Very friendly staff, clean room.

The room was very clean, perfect for the type of stay I needed. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was the real let down for me unfortunately. There wasn’t a huge vegetarian/ vegan option. It’s a buffet style so most of the foods were quite cold even though should have been served hot. Overall I definitely don’t think the breakfast was good value for money.

Nice place to stay, relatively central to the main town and to the harbour. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

Clean room & great staff!

Super friendly staff and lovely, clean, comfy room. The air conditioning was very noisy but, as it was a cool night, I simply turned it off. If I had stayed during the summer months, this would have been more of an issue. Overall, the hotel was great and I would recommend. The hotel is extremely close to the railway station which was perfect for my travel itinerary. Although the surrounding area is a little run down, as a single woman travelling alone, I did not feel it was unsafe and would definitely stay again.

Nice boutique hotel with a great breakfast. A 10-15 minute walk to central Faro. Room was on the smaller size but very clean and had everything we needed. Good price for value.
