Our stay was absolutely magical from the moment the front gate opened. The property felt like a true paradise, with spectacular views that took our breath away. Tina, her son, and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality, combined with the beauty of the property, made our stay unforgettable. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered all the comforts of home—and even more. My family traveled to Portugal to attend the Bad Bunny concert at Benfica Stadium, and we chose this property because it was only about 30 minutes from Lisbon. It turned out to be the perfect choice. We stayed in Suite 1, which featured two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our family. We originally booked two nights but loved it so much that we wanted to extend our stay. The owners were more than happy to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the €12 per person. We enjoyed scrambled eggs, fresh pastries, and my personal favorite—freshly squeezed orange juice. It was the perfect way to start each day. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast while overlooking the gorgeous pool and the stunning views of Sintra, including Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. From the exceptional hospitality to the incredible views and comfortable accommodations!

So peaceful, incredible scenery, lush and beautifully kept. This location is tucked away from the busy city centre. A perfect balance of stay in Sintra ! André and his staff were so lovely and very accommodating!! Highly recommend ♥️

The personal service for breakfast was a big plus. Nice pool. Very secure premises with security gate at the road entrance. No amenities in walking distance. Serve yourself bsr on site.

Just a wonderful experience. The grounds are lovely and tranquil, and the pool is perfect for lounging after a day of touring Sintra. Breakfast is delicious and was served under a tree filled with flowers. The owners are super nice as well. I want go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Quinte Verde Sintra. Hotel (or Bed and Breakfast?) grounds are wonderful and you can see the Moorish Castle from the pool - breathtaking views! You do need a car though or Uber (or both if you are not comfortable driving around the Sintra palaces in narrow and busy streets). Owner was very welcoming and informative on how to enjoy our stay and park our cars, breakfast (optional) was a great way to start the day. Thank you very much, we will be back!

The gardens need attention

Muy bonito y limpio la habitación y cómodo se los recomiendo el lugar y el personal muy amable.

We chose an area slightly remote and it was an oasis at the end of busy days. Very close to stove for food, groceries, sights. Had unusually bad weather and a bout of sickness so didn’t enjoy the vast grounds and pool as much as could have but absolutely would recommend this place to couples and families. Kitchen was great. Came back for a night after Porto and had the room with the upper patio/kitchen (fabulous) but was a family suite (2 rooms)that we didn’t need so much space. Tina always around to be helpful even during her early morning exercise. Andre perfect for communications about anything!! Code for gate great for our late night arrivals. Cleaned our room every day. Motorcycles like to race past on long stretch of road outside Quinta but more funny than disturbing. Lots of parking. Tight area if parking under the cover but keeps out of rain. Can drive to upper rooms to unload/load. Thank you all. Excellent!

Would totally recommend staying here if in the Sintra area. The beds were comfy, very clean, the grounds were beatiful(wish the weather would have been more cooperative to enjoy them). Andre was so kind and sat down with us to tell us about the area and his recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This beautiful property & it’s friendly, helpful owners were definitely a highlight of our Portugal trip - wish we could have stayed longer. Owners Andre and Tina gave us valuable information about how to navigate Sintra’s historical sites; everything from timing our trip to the Pena Palace to where to find free parking in Sintra. We had a delicious, reasonably priced supper at one of the restaurants they recommended. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quinta Verde Sintra.

Andre is an incredible host. Upon check in he sat with us for 30 minutes and gave us restaurant recommendations, told us what times were the best to come and go. He was absolutely wonderful!

Marcelo is a great host! So friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay across the valley from Sintra. You can sit at night by the pool and see the Pena Palace and Moorish Castle lit up at night.

Our stay at Quinte verde Sintra was amazing, highly recommend. Located not far from the main attractions. Had an amazing view of the castle of the moors and palace of Pena from our room. The place was maintained, clean can only describe the experience being serene and picturesque. Our fav place we stayed in.
