The finest quality of rooms, service and staff. A very special place!

The view was absolutely beautiful, but the rooms are tight and definitely need some updating. Also, the amount of tourists that are walking through the hotel every single day became quite annoying. We would have to walk through crowds just to get back to our room or to have a cup of coffee and the staff doesn’t know who’s a guest of the hotel versus who is a tourist so we kept getting stopped saying oh this is for hotel guests only meanwhile we were hotel guests. The concierge was very helpful and the food at the restaurant was excellent. I stayed with my husband and we are both 30 years old and in shape and we were exhausted walking to and from our room every day with the amount of steps and stairs so be prepared for that as well. Overall, a beautiful hotel but wish I knew about the tourists and the walking/stairs.

A beautiful place with great view. Too expensive for what you get. Breakfast is not great. Staff is very friendly and the pools are nice. The infinity pool is not heated so not usable.

Incredible one of a kind property. If you can afford it, it's a must stay. This isn't a hotel in an old town, this hotel is fully integrated within the old town of Eze. The property is incredibly beautiful. The staff are amazing. The food is delicious. It's a dream to stay here. Hope to come back one day.

Staff so uninformed. So many trainees - for a high class hotel was shocked on how little training had taken place and I get the impression there is a high staff turnover rate.

Spectacular property with unbelievable views, and exceptional 5 star service!

It was an amazing experience.

Unfortunately we did not have the best stay here. We stayed for 2 nights and were "upgraded" to some kinda suite. There is no central AC, we were left with 2 low powered AC units in the middle of summer. It was so uncomfortable to sleep. We asked for a fan that is how uncomfortable it was. The property is pretty outdated, you had to use a phone to call and get any kinda service by the pool. The location is super unique and perched on top of a hill which gives you the most beautiful views of the water but its definitely worth the day trip but not worth the stay in my opinion. The restaurants are also super overrated. Maybe it will be different when they go through the remodel.

The welcome cocktail was tasty and the staff were very attentive. We had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a beautiful stay. The staff were exceptional and this hotel is absolutely stunning. We look forward to going back and we have so many beautiful pictures that we’re going to look at again and again.

Good Resturant , but pool is not great , and GT bad, but the views are unique. It is worth for one night.

Beautiful hotel only issue for non mobile travelers would be the steps. There are lots and lots of stairs.
