Friendly staff ready to help with any issues. Nice space for family on vacation. Close to the park and museums.

Location great. Breakfast staff and selection great. However hotel cleanliness and upkeep are lacking. No Air conditioning or fans or any attempt to try and cool rooms made for an extremely uncomfortable night. Hotel needs some TLC.

This hotel is in an excellent location right across from the central park. The breakfast was top notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice, but nothing spectacular.

Property staff were nice, they provided pet bowls and were welcoming to pets. They were also nice enough to waive cancellation fees for second night stay, once we decided to leave early due to room conditions and transfer to another hotel. The AC was out, and they noted there are works being completed on the hotel. Would not recommend or stay again.

The breakfast menu was excellent!!

I loved this hotel—it’s very close to El Retiro Park and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Madrid. It’s also conveniently located near Atocha Station, which makes getting around very easy. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful with all of our requests, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Madrid.

Very cute room, but the cleanliness was not top notch. Lots of strands of mystery hair, and the room needed to be swept better. We had to request sufficient towels. But the staff was very nice.

The room was very clean and all the staff we dealt with were incredibly helpful.

Room was clean and nice. Only small complaint about air conditioning at heating seating.
