The room was exactly what we needed, and we appreciated the free breakfast. Good for a night over on a road trip.

Absolute worse shower head I have ever had to use. Clearly needs to be replaced. Could not even wash my hair. Breakfast was a joke. Very limited seating. In the range of 12. Breakfast items lacking. Smoke free room that I ordered was beside a smoking room. Guest literally were smoking in front of windows. Not great for my allergies. AC was great at cooling but noisy.

Very conveniently located, we gave been here a few times in the past. We have always had a good stay

Cleanleness of older property. Staff helpfulness Bathroom too small. Staff provided non-slip bath mat to use tub as a shower!

Check in was quick and friendly. We received a courtesy call after check in to make sure everything in the room met our needs. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Overall, it did the trick for a one night stay at a reasonable price. A good option for bike riders.

Horrible room service and stay. Would never recommend to anyone apart from to stay away. I am expecting some form of compensation. ASAP. Thanks Karen & Harry

Particularly during breakfast, there was no staff around. Had to wait for the coffee to be refilled, juice was running out and even the bread was running out. No one was in the receptionist area when I was logging out and a tiny cockroach casually crawled on the receptionist's area. The room was OK but the floor was sticky, and the water in the sink and shower smelled heavily like metal. While I have stayed in other properties, this one is definitely one that I will not go back to.

Don’t have enough supplies and even after asking for more towels and soap, we didn’t receive them. Room had poor ventilation

Front desk staff were very accommodating...with power out after the storm, they helped us secure a room with heat and power...so grateful

Property is antiquated, but clean. Staff not well trained or helpful. At 2:50 a.m., a staff member opened the door to our room. Apologized, saying wrong room, but felt unnerved and could not sleep after that. No acknowledgement made by management in morning of incident.

Bed was in need of replacement.

My spouse has mobility issues. We chose a motel so we could park in front of our room. While out, another guest parked in front of our room resulting in us having to walk a distance to our room. At 5 am the vehicle that was backed up in front of our window ran non stop until 6:30. Exhaust fumes and noise disrupting our sleep. Very inconsiderate.

Water pours brown at first andtv wasnt working

Very low expectations, and it met that.

We were unable to get to the hotel due to heavy snow in Ontario. They refused to honor my cancelation request as the roads were not safe

Friendly staff and a clean room. Breakfast is included. Very nice place.
