A really nice find. We like to support Best Western hotels from a past charity endeavor. Very peaceful location with an unhurried feel.

Great staff

Good breakfast and evening meal. Shower was low pressure. Couldn't get plug to open in the bath but handyman came to fix it promptly. Nice room.

Spacious car park, comfy bed, lovely staff. Delicious food! Only let down was our room door, was not locking/unlocked properly. Other than that, we loved our stay.

No idea about pets but lovely hotel great bar and food there outstanding

Warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist. The room was clean and suited our needs

We always happily seem to get the same room so although I cannot comment on any other room, room 211 has consistently been clean and comfortable. It is well appointed with a bath, which I personally love as so many hotels just squeeze in a shower. The check-in is friendly, professional and fast so it was only moments before the bags could be dumped and the reason for a visit could begin.

A nice cozy hotel with a reasonably priced restaurant/bar and snug bar. No need to go into Louth to find a restaurant. Plus an outdoor bar. Plus an onsite beauty salon. Our ground floor twin room was newly refurbished with contemporary decor. It had a large bay window seat looking onto the delightful gardens.

A real hidden gem in a perfect location for my business trip, all staff that I encountered were excellent being very professional and friendly, I will definitely be back !

Nice place for an overnight stay in Lincolnshire and very good for exercising a dog
