Hotel is a bit older, but the service was great - right on top of servicing the air conditioner and electric issues.

Poor old hotel, bad food ....all I want to say it is wast of money

The all over vacation was a new nightmare, very rude staff at the entrance, I booked in the hotel next to the beach but I found myself in another hotel ! When asked for change the room with same booked location and pay more for it but the reception refused , you must bribe them to get the best accommodation (15-20$). The furniture is very old, dirty, stinky and TV is from ice ages.

Bad experience , AC out of function, rooms not clean, poor food

it was disaster , they don't respect the guests, the restaurant not clean .. the food is the same everyday and bad .. i swear it's not like a real hotel .. they have like only 7 people work in the hotel

Location nice name at the markets and the (alf Lela) staff wasn't friendly always asking for tips

It's very good hotel with good stuff the only bad thing there is no heated pool

Excellent hotel! Bring your snorkling equipment or rent it at the hotel to enjoy snorkling directly on veraclub beach! Very good food and very helpful staff.

Le rapport qualité/ prix est bien à ce prix la j'attendais pas mieux que ça, la nouriture n'est pas bonne est répétitive. La plage privée et les massifs coralliens sont fabuleux. La propriété, l'état des chambres et les équipements sont à recevoir.

Hôtel dans un enduit calme, propre rapport qualité prix excellent , magnifique endroit pour plonger corail magnifique, un grand merci pour le directeur Monsieur Kalil , pour sa courtoisie et son professionnalisme, a refaire.
