I love this hotel! The staff were really welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room (sea view with balcony) was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. Overall great services, great location, very good breakfast, amazing staff, great value.

Beautiful location but hard to reach on foot. The view and the hotel itself is worth it though. Lovely staff and gorgeous location. Rooms are clean and good size.

We stayed for just one night. Prices are considered reasonable for the location and being in cinque terre. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed, though the walls are indeed quite thin and you can hear the neighbours. Breakfast was included in our stay and though there wasn't a wide spread, there were some local pastries that we enjoyed. It is located up on a hill but not much of a problem as long as you are still physically fit. What I appreciated most was the very efficient replies when I emailed with many questions before our stay. Private parking was also a big plus.

Lovely and great service! The 20 minute uphill walk was good cardio, but the view is SO worth it!!! I just sat on my balcony all evening - so peaceful. Great air conditioning, simple, great communication, great breakfast, and all around a lovely experience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A pleasant hotel in RioMaggiore. Is on the side of the hill overlooking the town. There is easy access to the town and the railway station via two nearby lifts. Nearby secure parking available but the spaces are tight. The rooms are spotlessly clean and had everything except tea and coffee making facilities. Was a little noisy at night with people coming home late and possibly a bit relaxed. All the floors are tiled including the bedrooms. The compact bathroom was modern and functional. Breakfast was continental with adequate choices. The coffee was good and hot. There is a National Parks bus that goes past the front door and down to the village for a small fare. It will also bring you back to the hotel and will stop at the door if you ask. Hotel staff were helpful. Their English was much better than my Italian mercifully. The hotel has reliable wifi.
