I had a great experience staying here.

I suggest midweek cleaning of the room and change of beddings

booked in Sunday to Saturday. Check-in was okay, however the state of the hotel, cleanliness of carpets and the walls was not up to any standard for a motel or hotel. Room was nice size, NO fan, NO aircon, NO fridge. Had to ask on day 4 to have rubbish bin cleaned and some more coffee. Seems rooms do not get cleaned during your stay. Did not expect to pay for parking daily. The lift broke on day 2 and i was on the second floor, not an issue, however stairwell was filthy. I worked shifts 12h00 to 24h00 so only got back to hotel closer to 01h00am. The noise levels both late at night and early morning resulted in less than adequate sleep. Breakfast does not warrant the £10 if paid in advance or £15 on the day.

Straightforward simple provision, just what's needed for overnight stay. Good value with add-on buffet breakfast and on site parking.

Breakfast was great, location fabulous. Bathroom a little tired - gaffa tape holding the shower pole together :-/

Great value hotel. We stayed here for the Kings of Leon concert at the Coop Live Arena. We walked there and back. The breakfast was lovely

The rooms/ beds were clean, hallways and main areas could do with a deep clean and a lick of paint. Staff were great. Plenty of choice for breakfast. No problem parking and very reasonably priced

Staff not helpful, rooms don't get cleaned even when requested, staines in the bath and around the washing basin, not many choices for breakfast even when you ask. I will not stay there again

The young lad on reception was polite, however when we booked our stay I requested a accessible room due to needing to use a mobility aid and I had a message from the hotel to confirm room 102 on ground floor was booked for us. We ended up staying on first floor in a completely different room which was not accessible. Was very dirty, had not been cleaned before we went in.

Poor customer service and breakfast is very average

Hotel room was ridiculously hot with no fan or way of coolingbit down Opened windows but couldn’t sleep cause of traffic noise right next to a main road !!! My girlfriend returned early and they wouldn’t let her access my room They didn’t contact me for permission or anything and instead charged her for another room !!! So we got charged twice for two crap rooms Were told we would get a refund but have rang the hotel maybe times with no answer And no replies to messages Shocking hate leaving reviews but this place has mad my blood boil Avoid

It’s a convenient B&B but be wary that it’s no where near SportCity, so a bit of false advertising and the map is also wrong. Other than that, the place is OK. Car park you have to pay for and be careful, I got a ticket even though I paid and couldn’t prove I had other than the £4 payment on my card. However, appeal failed. So… parking is expensive!

Breakfast was excellent, staff were excellent, location very convenient (going to Etihad for a concert). Shower head holder useless so made getting a shower difficult. Sink plug disgusting. But for the price and for one night then it served it's purpose. I would stay again.

Spacious rooms, very clean and a reasonable price. Customer Service from the staff is excellent. Had an issue with the stay but was sorted very promptly.

Great facilities close to our work site. Rooms clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful. They were having issues during the stay with the electrics and hot water, which was out of their control, but it meant we had to move to a different hotel but it was all dealt with in a helpful and professional manner

I was only there for the night but for the price I paid it was a nice place.

Nice stay only for one night. Was there early 12.30ish so couldn't get checked in right away and was told 3pm. Bar opened at 1pm but only had cider on draft and very limited bottle beers. We waited patiently and at just after 2pm other guests that were also waiting to get checked in got asked up by reception to get checked in we thought ok we will wait to get called up for checking in but no the receptionist started checking in guests that had just arrived...so we then had to join a queue to get checked in!!!!
