It’s a convenient B&B but be wary that it’s no where near SportCity, so a bit of false advertising and the map is also wrong. Other than that, the place is OK. Car park you have to pay for and be careful, I got a ticket even though I paid and couldn’t prove I had other than the £4 payment on my card. However, appeal failed. So… parking is expensive!

Breakfast was excellent, staff were excellent, location very convenient (going to Etihad for a concert). Shower head holder useless so made getting a shower difficult. Sink plug disgusting. But for the price and for one night then it served it's purpose. I would stay again.

Spacious rooms, very clean and a reasonable price. Customer Service from the staff is excellent. Had an issue with the stay but was sorted very promptly.

Great facilities close to our work site. Rooms clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful. They were having issues during the stay with the electrics and hot water, which was out of their control, but it meant we had to move to a different hotel but it was all dealt with in a helpful and professional manner

I was only there for the night but for the price I paid it was a nice place.

Nice stay only for one night. Was there early 12.30ish so couldn't get checked in right away and was told 3pm. Bar opened at 1pm but only had cider on draft and very limited bottle beers. We waited patiently and at just after 2pm other guests that were also waiting to get checked in got asked up by reception to get checked in we thought ok we will wait to get called up for checking in but no the receptionist started checking in guests that had just arrived...so we then had to join a queue to get checked in!!!!

Won't be recommending this property. Told check-in was 3pm when my email said 2.30pm. The room smelt and stains all over. Booked a twin room and was given a double. Went to complain but a queue of people complaining already there. Just the one person serving with the manager not working the weekends. Not surprised with all the complaints!I was told they would split the bed up when out but surprise surprise this hadnt happened either. So dissapointed and for the price we paid. A rip off! Breakfast was a free for all with no clean or cleared tables.

Lovely staff, very good breakfast and choice. The room had a strange smell (possibly from newish carpet?) Staff provided air fresheners immediately and all was good. Parking is great at £4 for the night. All in all, an enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

This hotel is in an ideal location for Arenas and central Manchester shopping. We had a comfortable stay, bed very comfortable, we was in one of their modernised rooms which was nice, some decor in rooms is dated as we walked past, However this would really affect your stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean super clean bed linen and towels. Plenary choice for breakfast. Pleasant stay and would stay again.

Room lovely- first time I’ve been away and not missed my own bed. Breakfast was gorgeous. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My only concern was while sat in the bar area a woman was training staff (Middle aged woman with a german(?) accent) and started berating a staff member loudly in front of customers in the bar/ queuing for check-in - this was very unprofessional- and the staff member she was berating was a lovely, helpful lad.

The hotel changed hands midweek to B&B hotels, they are rude, disrespectful and can’t even handle a receipt for the stay, I have reported them to hotels.com who are trying to resolve the issue

Excellent value, budget option. A little dated, but perfectly clean and comfortable. Fairly narrow, but tasty, and more than adequate breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only gripe was smell of smoke in the room - possibly other guests - which was unpleasant. Easy links to town centre and convenient for local attractions. Note busy main road makes some rooms noisy.
