I had a great stay, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable! The location was good, not far from Tirso plaza for Line 1 connections, but also Lavapies for Line 3 and La Latina for Line 5 etc, so well connected. Reception doesn't open until 14:00, which was fine for me because I wasn't arriving until later, but it might be something to check if you wanted an earlier check in. It isn't the quietest as I could hear the main door open and close and voices as people entered and exited the place late into the night, but usually the noise was momentary and overall I would absolutely stay here again.

Very basic hotel for stays. Quite close to central area and plaza mayor. Busy street at night so a fair bit of noise.

Staff were super nice and near local tourist spots but unfortunately, the room was extremely small. There was a lot of noise at night as the rooms were side-by-side and you can hear people talking and opening and closing the doors. Can’t fault the staff as they were really sweet!

I do not recommend this hotel if you’re looking to get any rest! It was impossible to sleep because of all the noise, both from inside and outside on the street. On top of that, the sink was clogged and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Overall, a very disappointing experience. If you want peace and comfort, look somewhere else!

excellent for a few nights. friendly staff, walking distance to plaza mayor. the pillows were comfy. I got a twin bed but it was comfy.

There was ants in our bed the big ones with wings. Then smaller ones started coming out. It is centrally located

Well located hostel, near the subway and shopping areas including El Rastro (just on Sundays). The place has an elevator, which is great especially if you have heavy luggage. At night you can hear the street noises, but it didn’t bother much. The washroom is small, and the shower too. Also, they do not have room service on the weekends, so be mindful with the towels and or sheets.

So pros and cons of this hostel, pros: it was clean, and that is huge. The water was hot, the lady who checked us in was lovely and helpful and kind. It was close to many things and walkable. Cons: it is LOUD. Could not be more clear about this. If you stay here, you should be able to sleep through anything and it stays loud most of the night and early morning. And the wifi is crap. So earplugs and your own data. The room is small, like super duper small but that wasn’t a con for me.

Nice room and location

Simple no frills room. Neat and clean with a good-sized bed& comfortable pillows… that’s all you need. Well, could’ve used better soundproofing. It was pretty loud outside. The owner of the building should be ashamed (and taken to task for) for poor maintenance of entry area, but once inside hostel, it was nice. The hotel staff very personable!

Great for a weekend stay when you plan to be out and about most of the time. Conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood very easy to access all the touristic hubs. Room is clean bathroom is clean beds were decent. Some toiletries provided. All basic essentials were there. Great value for money.

The rooms are excellent for the price paid a bit small but super clean. The staff were very helpfull and nice. The location is perfect walking distance to all the highlights, museums, dinning and clubbing.

A lovely little hostel, very quiet and clean. Perfect 2 night stay in close proximity of metro stations, restaurants and mayor plaza. Staff were very friendly and I very much enjoyed my stay
