This hotel needs to sort it self out , the room was clean, however there was pigeon nesting on the window ledge and the waste was terrible and this was not even considered by the hotel, also the hotel was not to safety standards with the electrical equipment ie the kettle and hairdryer as these should be pat tested and labelled to show safe or faulty..

Stayed at this hotel during the weekend. Overall ok. Rooms were clean and small but very hot. No facility for a fan or AC during the hotel summer days. Couldnt get decent sleep. Parking is very tight and full at all times. Location is good as its on the sea front. Check in was quick and easy. Only thing that would bring the rating down for me is the rooms being extremely hot.

The room we booked didn't look like the photo on the website. The white units was all bubbling and chunks out of top of bedside table. The mirror in the one door wardrobe looked like it had snot rubbed over it. The TV had drink or food down the front of screen. The floor had bits on it. The shower took forever to get hot water. Ended up having a cold. Bed sheets made us itch. We end up moving to a different hotel as it upset my family.

Staff very helpful and the room was ready early and was clean .parking is on a first come first served basis

Hotel was comfortable although very dated in its decor etc….. could not fault service however.

The hotel was very quiet and kept in excellent condition. There was a swimming pool, small but great for kids. A car park that was free and the restaurant was wonderful. We had a drink from the bar, an excellent 3 course dinner, very tasty and breakfast, which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for a reasonable price and lovely atmosphere, great food and helpful staff.

The evening meals I had were delicious. Breakfast was hot and well cooked. Staff were nice and helpful. I enjoyed the swimming pool

I found the hotel was a lovely stay staff were always polite happy and always willing to help I would definitely recommend palm court hotel very handy for town centre and the beach all in all very lovely stay.

Good location to beach, amusements and attractions. Good food servered. Helpful staff

Room was clean and tidy tho family room was smaller than expected but was only 2 adults and a toddler. Only downside to this hotel was no air con or would have got 5 stars for everything

I book a nights stay and hadn’t realised I had room only and was told abruptly by a member of a coach party we could not sit at a table so went to reception to be told we had a room only booked. I was offered two vouchers for breakfast at £15 each I was a bit surprised at the cost but admit it was an error on my behalf …(may I add the lady on reception was most apologetic and I assured her it was not her fault) I booked a sea view room and it was so hot and we could hardly open the windows we had an awful nights sleep ..this room seemed rather basic with just a mini bar of soap for hands ,when I spoke to the reception they Said we should have gone down and asked for a fan surely seeing how the temperature was so hot I would have thought one would have been put in the room .imam surprised there is no air conditioning in this hotel,if there is it is not in the bedroom .very dissapointed,

Had a great stay at The Palm Court Hotel, great view, Sea only across the road, was lovely. Great staff and delicious food! Would definitely come back ☺️

Staffs are friendly but this hotel can't be classed as 3 star hotel. There is no fridge and air conditioner in the room. The carpet is like in 80s-90s. Compare with other 3-4 star hotel I used to go, this hotel should only be 1-2 star only. I really want to check out just right after I checked in. This is not what I look for as 3 star hotel.

We have just returned from a lovely trip to this hotel Great location Breakfast was lovely and staff were so nice and friendly Very helpful and accommodating The pool is lovely for a dip after a hot day it might need a bit of a revamp but it was great and just lovely to have that available Room was lovely well decorated and fairly up to date wasn’t shabby at all Had all the facilities that we needed and we would definitely stay again Thank you for a lovely stay

Grace was super friendly and kind and made our son laugh making jokes with him. She gave us her advice on what food to order when I asked and it didn't disapoint. All the staff were super lovely. Hotel was really nice and clean, lovely swimming pool and chill out area. Lots of spaces to park.
