Great value for money

Very attentive to any request. Close to a family

Great property. Well maintained. Staff very attentive. A tasty Breakfast was included . My only comment, it states there are laundry facilities. I took that to mean that there would be machines available for me to wash our laundry. What they mean is they will send out your to be cleaned and then brought back. The day we checked in the person who did the laundry was off. We ended up finding a laundry in Chios for 10 euros a load- very reasonable for wash, dry and fold. Not a complaint just a misunderstanding on my part- over all a great stay

Love staying at the Seaview

The hotel overall was good. I would have given a 5 star but for a few things. The room was not cleaned nor beds made the second to last day of our stay; nor did we put up a“do not disturb” sign for them not to. Nor were our towels replenished every day. We had to ask for some. There were no written instructions on how to use their safe. We spent an hour trying to figure it out. Their ice machine was broken. We had some issues with ants as well. The staff was kind and friendly and the hotel was clean.

I spent only one night. Arrived at the hotel late night after 11 pm, thanks to the receptionist, he waited for my arrival to give me the keys. Allowed us to stay until 2 pm for late check out which is much appreciated. Friendly staff. The room was spacious with kitchen.

great stay!

Good location, room condition was adequate however many things in and outside of the room were broken or falling apart. Steps cracked, railing broken, door handle falling off just to mention a few.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Please see the pictures. The room we had was horrible. The beds were like sleeping on wood. I really dont like to.complain. i just put up with it. The second week, my husband came from Chicago. After the first night, he declared he wasn't gonna sleep on the bed again. So we told the front desk. When we came back at. Night they had put a mattress pad but on only one side of the bed. See picture of the bed and you can tell how uneven the mattress was. It is our 30th anniversary btw. How ronantic to be 3 inch3s lower on the mattress than my husband. We also told the front staff the toilet leaked and that we kept having to.put.towels on the floor to.soak up the toilet water on.the floor and that there were light bulbs missing in the room It was never taken care of. We had an old man with a key to our room, who looked disheveled, came into our room , a bit unannounced to see the problems of the room, but he never came back to fix anything. They did, however, finally put lights outside down the corridors after complaining. We had our elderly father with us, and it was hard for him to see at night. The cleaning staff was awesome and the ladies in the breakfast room too. They took care of my dad every morning. The views from the pool are beautiful.

Friendly staff

Amazing stay at Seaview Resort. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very clean rooms and great pool area, surrounds are immaculate. Walking distance 2 mins to beach, bus stop, mini market. Absolutely stunning views of the sea from balconies. The staff are outstanding! Very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Angeliki at reception is wonderful, so cheerful and professional. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spread of items. An outstanding hotel providing exceptional customer service!! Highly recommended and the best hotel in Karfas!

The room they gave us needed updating. They ggave us the oldest crustiest room in the hotel. Iit was missing light bulbs. The toulet leaked. The mirror in the bathroom looked like it was from 1920. The front desk staff acts like they are listening to your wishes but doesn't accommodate. The parking lot is right out of a horror novie. No light in the parking and no light in the outdoor walkways. The plus to this place is the cleaning staff and the breakfast staff.

Great room service, friendly, clean

Sea View Hotel & Spa is perfect for families. The location is perfect (2-5 minutes away from local restaurants/cafes and Karfas beach). There is a nice size pool kids pool snack bar. The rooms are great equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, sink), kitchen table with 4 seats, 2 balconies, a full bathroom, and enough room to sleep 6 people (1 queen bed in a private bedroom 4 single beds in the dining/living room area). The hotel is very clean and has all your essentials. Also, the price is fairly affordable too. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool area was nice and everyone was welcoming and friendly.

Nice property, views are beautiful. Rooms was modern and clean. Pool was excellent and bar refreshments were easy and reasonable - staff was great!. Breakfast was of high quality. No laundry capabilities, so we had to hand wash but they will supply a drying rack (no issues with things drying properly outside),

The property is conveniently located near Karfas Beach which is a beautiful area of Chios. The property is very appealing and has several amenities; however, it is aging and could use some refreshing. The rooms have noticeable wear and tear with several items needing minor fixes. This did not significantly impact our stay though. Other negatives are that the pool has very limited hours and we had very little communication about the property when we checked in. We did enjoy the breakfast that was available every day and the rooms were spacious!
