Exceptional Service - from the moment we arrived, our stay was perfect - they really understand hospitality. The owner is onsite everyday - from breakfast in the morning - throughout the day - and in the evening happiness! Wonderful views - Karfas offers great restaurants and wonderful beach. This is the place to stay in Chios!

Amazing apartment style villas overlooking the Aegean Sea.

It's a lovely place by the sea, walking to the beach. The town is close to everywhere, the breakfast was great.The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. We’d love to come back and stay here anytime!

Staff is very friendly, and they genuinely care about your comfort. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfy. Only two concerns, wi-fi is not great, and there is an ant problem on ground floors, do not leave food outside! All considered, I would still choose to stay here next time.

The hotel and the rooms were spotless clean!The room we had , had partial view to the sea it was amazing! The personnel was so helpful , polite and hospitable!!! I loved the hotel! I can’t wait to go back soon!!!

Very good

From check-in to check-out the experience was wonderful. Super clean facilities. The rooms were bare of rugs and decor but perfect for a beath town experience. The location is directly across the road from the Aegean and with a full unobstructed view. I think they upgraded us from a partial to a full sea view. The area is quiet. The pool lovely and poolside breakfast delicious with local flavors. It was an excellent starting point to our adventures in the southern and northern parts of the island. I hope to come again one day.

Great property, friendly staff, beautiful location. The rooms are spacious. They even honored us a late check out.

We had a wedding reception at the hotel and it was amazing. The stay at the Hotel was very nice. It would be nice for some signs for the door for privacy or housekeeping. Maybe a vending machine or something to get water late at night as we do not drink tap water due to health issues. Loved it otherwise.

Such a lovely hotel and staff: clean, great view, apartments have everything one needs for cooking, breakfast is delicious, it's very close to the beach and restaurants.I would come here again for sure.

This property was perfect . It was near the beach and close to restaurants . The balcony view was beautiful . The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of food .

There is nothing not to like! The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating, the breakfast is excellent, the grounds are very clean, the view is beautiful, and the price is affordable. I stayed here once before in 2017 and now, two years later, the staff still remembers us. Great place with great people!

Near beach. Overall good condition and clean.

It's not like a hotel. The lobby is cold, it does not give you a good impression aand welcome. But everybody is friendly.

Extra bed in the room wasn't comfortable. No body soap provided. No trash bin in the room other than the one in the bathroom.
