The unit was much bigger than anticipated, we were a couple staying for 2 nights. Full kitchen, great pressure in the shower. Unit was warm and bed was comfy. It's a bit tired and there is cosmetic maintenance needed but was otherwise comfortable

There is a Takeaway store just cross the road. Very convenience.

Overall a lovely unit, had all we required for the one night. Kitchen was clean and tidy. Parking was close and all units on ground level. A plus was having all Sky channels available.

It is in the middle of the town. Very easy access to everything I needed.

Basic clean great price - easy access

The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen was spotless. However, we did find the unit was not equipped to handle wintry conditions. Main heater was blowing hot air but wasn't effective in warming up the room as the air was directed to the floor in front of it and it would shut off itself after some time. There was a small portable heater in the wardrobe/storage space which we tried to use in the room but it wasn't enough. We did not use the spare pillows in the wardrobe because they did not look like they were changed before our stay (looked dusty). Luckily, heated blankets were provided but we found that some were unplugged from the power sockets and we had to move the beds around ourselves a bit to get the power supply connected. The location was along a major road so there could be a bit of noise in the early night but nothing disrupting our sleep. I do think the laundry usage hours (1PM-7PM) was a bit too restrictive for short-term guests.

The room was nice & clean, enough space for 4 people. But I was not comfortable with speaking voice & footsteps from upstairs.

Handy location and reasonably quiet. Limited heating in the lounge on a cold day. No hair shampoo or conditioner.
