The front desk did not explain anything about the hotel. Was happy to take my credit card! The room was too warm, air conditioning did not work. Finally opened the window.

Cet établissement manque définitivement d'amour. Le papier peint décolle, les lumières de la douche ne fonctionne pas, la télé et/ou la télécommande fonctionne très mal, les serviettes sont minces et le nombre de verres dans la chambre se limite à 2. De plus, au petit déjeuner, pas de jus d'orange, manque de café, qui de toute façon était imbuvable, et les mets chauds étaient froids. Bref, un mauvais rapport qualite/prix sur toute la ligne

Belle hôtel , pas cher , et spa d’une bonne grosseur et le buffet était correct car gratuit. On va retourner à cette hôtel

Très peu de qualité. Autant pour la piètre qualité des draps que la laideur de la salle de bain. ...Et on était supposer être dans une chambre deluxe ! 😅

We were given a room that still had stucco walls and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Dust lined along the floor and a blasting container under the a/c that was disgustingly nasty. The a/c unit didn’t work and we had to wait for maintenance and he said the cold doesn’t work but the fan does… We’re on the 4th floor and it was 25 out. We then asked for another room and were basically told they were almost full and they could switch out the whole unit instead. We literally booked a few hours before on Expedia and there a lot of room options left: Finally after 2+ hrs and no air conditioner, we got another room which was completely renovated and beautiful. I felt we got stuck in a dump because we booked through Expedia. For the $$ we paid it was not worth it. The kids played at the pool and it was a group of us travelling. The front desk staff said people complained about the noise- it was the pool and the girls were playing volleyball. Come on. Won’t recommend at all.

Very clean, nice staff, great price, comfortable bed. Across the river from Old Quebec City so there’s parking and away from all the crowds and bustle and bustle. Would stay here again.

The pool and hot tub area is always a highlight of my trip. This is a wonderful, clean hotel with friendly staff and a full breakfast available with many options.
