Propre et confortable, je n’aurais rien eu à redire si ce n’était du fait que les employés de nuit n’étaient pas très aidant pour faire garder le calme dans les corridors. On a donc eu des fetards qui parlaient fort et qui claquaient les portes, et aucun support de l’hôtel pour leur demander de baisser le ton. Une nuit de m*rde…

Propreté des lieux. Personnel courtois. Beaucoup d'actions dans la piscine avec peu d'intervention des parents... Nous aurions aimé une surveillance/intervention de l'hôtel.

The hot tub is a nice big size. Pool closes at 9PM, which is earlier than I expected, but that is because some rooms have their balcony overlooking the pool area (which is an open space behind the reception). Wish I would have known to book a room with the balcony as I didn’t see the option and didn’t know some didn’t have it. Would have been nice for there to be some fruit at the breakfast, and maybe waffles or pancakes, but it was included with the room so we made it work! Rooms were spacious and lots of kids/families which was great as I didn’t feel like we were the loudest for once! Kids all loved it. Also note there is no gym. Thought it said there was when I booked but nope!

Pool was beautiful and clean, hot tub was great temperature and clean and quite large. I loved that our room overlooked the pool and hot tub. The birds in their cages sang beautifully. Really complimented the foliage plants.

A very sweet motel. Cute little balconies overlooking the pool from the room. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff was very understanding when we needed to check out a couple days early. A refund was processed in a timely manner. The mattresses and pillows could be more comfortable. Locais 10 minutes from Levi Ferry terminal going directly to old Quebec city. 8$ to park for the day at the terminal. It is really the best way to get around the limited parking in old Quebec city.

Great spot convenient to the highway with a beautiful indoor courtyard with pool.

Very enjoyable place to be , the staff is very helpful, the pool is fun and the cleanliness is great. We enjoyed the breakfast.
