A charming, old-style hotel with touches of modern comfort, located in the historic part of Baden. It’s easy to reach from Baden Bahnhof via bus 306 or 308. There are also many good restaurants and tourist sites within walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic, with prosecco served on the weekend, which was a nice touch. The hotel restaurant offers solid Austrian dishes for lunch or dinner. We also enjoyed the sauna and the small but functional gym with a treadmill. One highlight was the bar downstairs—DJ Franz brings amazing energy, and there’s proper ballroom dancing with a great crowd. It made the stay feel special. We stayed in room 207. The mattress (especially the side closer to the bathroom) felt worn and could use replacing. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay and would happily come back.

Thank you for the kind and friendly hospitality of the staff. The location of hotel is very nice and calm. The interior of hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Foods are fine and fresh made. Breakfast was good, selection of meals was nice. Thank you for the service. Next time we would return back, if we travel to this city. We spent for 4 nights in this nice and kind city. We clould recomend this destination for relax and travel for fun.

Lovely lunch with large portions and friendly service. Also coffee is excellent. Definitely a recommendation from me!

Room was a little dirty. Floor needed to be swept. Crumbs on chair. Shower didn't drain properly and overflowed onto floor. Breakfast was excellent. Nice complimentary beverages, slippers, and toiletries.

I know this hotel since 2016, have to say- the stay there was always nice. After last stay in December 2021, one week after I left, the Hotel presented the bill with strange costs, which were "created" by themselves, obviosly due to a chaos in hotel management - there were phone calls in the room, which were never made etc. During check-out I have asked: are there any extra bills to pay? The manager said- no, nothig. Actually, any mistake could happen and it can be recovered- they could call me and clarify that, but no one did it. Instead of that, one week later, they contacted my business travel agency trying to fool me with wrong bill and aditionally has disclosed my sensitive personal data in a very ignorant way without my acceptance! Oh yes), the breakfast was really poor for that class of hotel. First day of my stay I have to run around and look for somebody in the morning 8.00 AM, because the kitchen was empty. Stay away from there.
