Overnight stop, lovely welcome, superior room very spacious and clean. May get hot in the Summer. Clean bathroom with complimentary goods. Best to have a room away from the lift, which makes a bit of noise. Recommended as a good place to stay. Central location.

Staff are very welcoming. The welcome gifts were nice. Staff attentive. Especially Bill, you just mention something and he makes it happen. The hotel is very clean. Close to transportation and attractions. We recommend this hotel to everyone who visits the Strasbourg.

We were really happy with the hotel. The location was perfect, convenient for the centre and tourist areas but quiet and peaceful. The room was a good size for a European hotel and it was clean, with comfy beds and extra bedding. The staff were lovely, really polite and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect, however the internet was extremely bad , mostbof the time not working and very slow. Which as a traveler was essential for my stay

Area was safe. Room was clean, but, tiny. There was not much room to move around for 2 people. Complimentary tea and coffee were limited.

We just spent 2 nights at the Lutetia in strasbourg and the hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The lobby is cozy and intimate. We did not have the breakfast but it looked varied and appetizing. It is located in a quiet residential area with good access to public transportation. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. An added bonus for kashrut observant guests : you can order kosher breakfast ahead of time . But we did not know about it so we took advantage of the many kosher restaurants located a very short walking distance of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back on our next trip to strasbourg

I booked my hotel about two hours before arrival and staff had my requests printed by my arrival. The service was exceptional and the hotel was comfortable. The German architecture if you’re staying in the 7th floor is something to get use to but fun to experience given your windows are skylights. Overall modern decor, I would stay again for the quality vs price.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to speak English with me as I can’t speak much French beyond Bonjour. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing - the three things I look for in any hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Strasbourg.

A lovely hotel. Warm, friendly staff, great location just across the river from the old town, an easy 15 minutes walk. The hotel is on the same street as the Egyptian House, and the streets on the way to Parc L'Orangerie are full of Jugendstil/Art Nouveau gems. Breakfast was superb and on 2 evenings I decided to have a light meal in the bar which was reasonable. Room was clean, bed comfy and well heated.

Reception were efficient and always helpful, making it easy for us English-only speakers to settle in without fuss. Good location with easy access to centre of town and the Xmas fairs. Appreciated the 6th floor balcony room which has a good view over the city.

Very well kept, clean and quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Not in the old city centre but still in walking distance. Room with an individual style which chain hotels in the same class do not have. Recommended!

Good hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. No convenient parking options but that’s more the fault of the city and not the hotel who did everything they could to provide parking g advice.

We stayed in a junior suite, which was good sized and comfortable. The hotel is located on a quiet residential neighborhood, an easy 15 minute walk to the center of Strasbourg. Good king size bed and nicely appointed bathroom.

I stayed for two nights. For some reason mr room was not cleaned. This dropped them a point in my rating. Otherwise I foundthe staff to be helpful and friendly and able to communicate in English. The hotel is just a short walk from the central area where their famous chrustmas markets are situated.
