Dogs barking brand new trousers on for the first time to dinner straight back up to my room and stain from the seat in the fancy 5 star dining room asked to speak to manager not until 10 next day I would not be there had receipt had labels more or less said how do we know they weren’t like that came in with other clothes on surely must have cameras all over the 5 star place insinuated I was lying I tried to sponge them twice it wouldn’t go away but if Andres iniesta sat on it with his Armani suit they would be falling over them selves to clean it or replace it disgrace full attude his camera would show me going in with no stain Certainly coming out with one I stayed at the costa Brava hotel for. 3 nights before going down not terrible fancy like night and day towards customers staff so welcoming and friendly had bother with my phone and they all tried to help me fix it but you probably got why I wouldn’t ask the staff there other than the decor I’m sure the stars are the wrong way round your on holiday why would you want to listen to dogs barking and if you want to sleep at night not a cats chance oops they’ll probably be allowed in next with the entertainment going on at the pool till late no sound proofing going on in there just the sound of money get raked In while not giving a monkeys arse no tea or coffee At the dinner service Idont dink juice of any kind don’t much like water I could walk to the other side of the hotel for tea to go with my meal and yes pay for

We had a pleasant stay, the only complaint would be when we checked in on the first day at around 4.30pm we were served by a lady with short hair

We enjoyed our stay, but it was very noisy. Wifi was terrible.

Since we got there, specifically the people that worked for the check in gave an extremely excellent service and were very honest and great people. In all of the places inside the hotel the service was amazing. The honesty they work with was incredible, my wife lost her diamond wedding ring and not only was it found but it was given back to us almost immediately, they also had a lost and found bin where everything they ever found was. We were completely satisfied with the service and the workers in this hotel, it was an overall excellent experience.

Everything was good, my only problem was the rooms curtains and bedding was very outdated. The cleaning stuff only knock once and walk in to the room before you can even say anything. They could easily find you naked in the room. I think they need a note for every room saying do not disturb. Again what I found very wrong is paying for the save to be able to use it.

The hotel is a in an ok spot. I’m sure during the summer months it will probably be nicer. It’s fairly close to the beach. It’s about 55 minutes outside of Barcelona. So if you want to go into the city I would rent a car. The lobby of the hotel is nice and the outside pool looked nice. We didn’t get in because it was cold and a little rainy. However overall I would not recommend this hotel. We paid about $300 a night and it was not worth it at all. The rooms are super outdated. And the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Our room was not that clean and it smelled like straight bleach and old wet rag. The shower was not that clean either. One day we had absolutely not water coming out of our shower and sink and our toilet completely stopped working and would not flush. They advertise “all inclusive” but it is not. Only some alcohol is. The food is mediocre. Pretty flavorless. My wife also got terrible food poisoning from the food. Also, I’m not sure if they advertise “pet friendly” but there were dogs there. We didn’t mind. But for people who don’t like dogs or are allergic, something to keep in mind. They also advertise a spa but it’s a small indoor pool with a jacuzzi. They also advertise laundry and kids club and babysitting which is one of the main reasons we picked this hotel and when we inquired they told us “no. We don’t do that.” Overall this hotel was not worth the $1500 we spent. Please save your money.

This is a nice hotel. We stayed for two nights. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food was fine with quite a wide choice. There wasn’t any entertainment on the evenings we were there and as a result the hotel was very quiet.

Great hotel, it was a rainy day when we stayed, but the hotel offers many entertainment options even on a rainy day.

The staff are fabulous! I don't like the fact the hotel has been taken over by another company and would hate to see the standards drop and things change.

They are charging extra fees for anything! No coffee service in the rooms, no laundry baskets etc... this is not 4 stars hotel

Hotel was lovely and clean, facilities were great however the buffet food was basic but plentiful. Evening entertainment was fine and the day time all-inclusive nets crew put on activities if you were that way inclined.

Nothing unique about this property. It’s close to the beach and that’s the only thing good about this hotel.

Great hotel which was very reasonably priced. Indoor pool was brilliant for the cloudier days.

Very clean hotel as good as a 5star. Only bad point is location as it located in a very quiet place woth nothing much around. We went Full board and all.meals were excellent. Great facilities at hotel and was very very clean.

Very easy to reach hotel from Barcelona airport - Train into Barcelona, Change at Sants (or a couple of others in Barcelona) station, Second train all the way to Santa Susanna, Out of the train, cross a minor road and straight into hotel! Our stay was highly enjoyable - room comfortable with view of pool and sea, food excellent, facilities clean. Will stay there again.

No air condition from Saturday till Wednesday. I think is too much from one week vacation in this hotel. Nobody cares since it was already paid As regards food was very good but when we talk about sweets they are far too reach ordinary standard. Management must think that this is a 4 star superior. Rating of food 4 star while sweets 1 star hotel. I AM NOT SATISFIED.

Clean hotel, good sized rooms, bed a little too firm for me but great holiday. Hotel is in an excellent location for trains (which we never heard) and near enough to enjoy the bustling Malgrat de mar but get away from the noise.
