Excelent stay

The apt was very old. The air conditioner did not work well. The bathroom was very small and the bathtub very high to get in for my mother who is 84.

I booked as if there was a breakfast included in the price and them I received a message from the hotel informing that they dont have a kitchen anymore so there was no breakfast. Hotel is very simple, furniture is old, airconditioner was old and was not working and the hotel was very noisy. I could hear airplane flying by every 10 minutes and also I could hear the noise coming from the bars on the street. Staff from reception was very nice and pleasant. I asked for a quieter room and with a airconditioner that was working and he promptly changed my room.

Great location. Dated and dirt apartment. Wall outlet gave out sparks when connecting phone power cord to it.

Muito Boa a estadia pretendo retornar

Gosto muito deste flat, sempre que venho a SP me hospedo la. Otimo antedimento, localização privilegiada no coração do Itaim, excelente custo/beneficio para quem gosta de se hospedar em apartamentos.

O Hotel encontra-se em reforma. O lobby fechado, faz-se o check-in pela garagem. Até aí tudo bem. Problema foi falta de preparo na hora de orientar como guardar o carro. primeiro pede para deixar a chave, depois pede para para na frente de outro carro e levar a chave? aí de o outro quiser sair tocam na sua porta pedir pra tirar? mal organizado isso aí.

Old property but in one of the best locations in SP

Property is dated. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is alright, nothing to brag about. Good location. Pool is nice.

It’s a nice place to stay, but the hotel’s condition is a little bit old, all the hotel is old (elevator, room...). The breakfast is good but it has few options. People who work there are really nice and friendly.

Good Location, but hotel needs maintenance. Location is noisy, breakfast is basic and good improve quality and ambient.

The mini kitchen, living room / work area and bedroom with walk-in closet makes stay very comfortable.

enough for one night with the family. I have ordered and received non smoking rooms, but unfortunatelly, the hotel doesn't have non smoking floors..my floor was plenty of smoke from smoking guests. Overall that was a OK stay.

Hotel muito antigo e com diversos itens de manutenção

Excelente localização, com espaco excelente, com facilidades como pequena cozinha e mini mercado na portaria. Vale muito a pena. A unuca critica é o chuveiro que merece uma manutenção.

Apartameto extremamente velho, moveis velhos, cheiro de velho, roupa de cama velha, tomadas eletricas velhas fora do padrão atual, televisão não estava funcionando, controle remoto sem pilha (avisei ao Gilmar porteiro que nada fez). Muitoooo Ruim!
