The room was so clean, and spacious. I immediately felt relaxed upon entering. The staff was kind and welcoming. Monica attended to my needs and seemed so genuine. This is now my hotel of choice anytime I am in Watertown.

I recently stayed at the Hilton, Watertown NY and had an exceptional experience. The hotel’s ambiance was inviting, and the staff provided outstanding service from check-in to check-out.

Our stay was great I it first night a little disappointing about 15 kids in pool in hottub so couldn’t use it but we were able to enjoy the next day. The cookies were delicious and very welcoming. And the check out n were the nicest and the maids. So sweet
