Nice, clean rooms and excellent staff

Good hotel, but no noise insulation, one can hear other bedrooms, people walking and talking in the corridor as well as door clapping.

Nice updated rooms, awesome location. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning crew. They need do not disturb signs. The cleaning folks knocked sometimes at 7:30 am!! They even called me on the phone at one point and hanging up. Besides that amazing stay!

Very simple hotel. Towels were hard and room was just ok. Not coming back

The staff didn’t care about the customer at all I ask to clean the room everyday that I was there and they only clean once . Very disappointed , had to go everyday to the front desk to ask to reset my key because was not working properly.. and the staff was really mean did not care about the costumer at all .

Great location, right in the center of the capital. The breakfast was superb, although it was not included... The only thing it could be improved is the TV which has an analogic signal...

Café da manhã muito bom e variado, cama excelente, funcionários bons, estacionamento terceirizado bom também, e a localização excelente...

Fiquei 2 noites. Usei o carregador do celular na primeira e deixei no quarto ao sair pela manhã. No retorno à noite não estava mais lá. Fiz reclamação qdo do checkout, recebi um e-mail e mais nada.

Gosto da localização e ambiência do quarto. Já fiquei outras vezes, senti que o café da manhã teve uma queda na qualidade (já foi melhor). Serviço de limpeza de quarto irregular (um dia fiquei sem shampoo e já era muito tarde, no outro esqueceram de repor sabonete). Me chama atenção que nas últimas estadas não havia toalhas de rosto.

Ambiente limpo e café da manhã muito bom. O quarto, porém, é bem pequeno, o que acaba tornando a estadia um pouco desconfortável.
