The hotel was very unclean and out dated thankfully I was only booked for one night but if it wasn’t so late i would have considered going elsewhere. There was no staff in person to talk to it was all through cameras and speakers. No fault of the hotels but I was constantly woken by slamming doors ,loud voices and creaking of the stairs. Not a very pleasant experience.

The house has rooms which are let and reminded me of a hostel. The web description of what I paid for did not tally with the room I was offered. I found I had a room on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom, an air conditioning unit which was not working, but a fan which was. The bathroom was well ventilated by a Velux window. The communal areas and staircase were not smart. The room was clean and had a kettle, tea & coffee etc. Given the price relative to local hotels it was OK for value. The member of staff who was on the premises was pleasant. However, we had some difficulty communicating due to his limited English. A manager spoke to me by telephone and gave me the key code for the room for which I had paid. I did not have breakfast and paid £3 to park.

The reception is not working in the evening. I tried to call them, they do not speak proper English and quite often just switch off the phone call. Overall really depends on your access time, it can be really a problem if that's late

Arrived earlier than scheduled check in time and was greated by a believe a cleaner/maintenance member if staff. There was no one at reception. He texted someone to advise if had arrived and then gave me my key code for my room and I paid him £3 for parking in cash. Room was good for what you pay. I paid extra for my own toilet. Free WiFi. Window sills were a bit dirty and curtains/nets a few rips but otherwise clean and cosy. Nice and quiet, didnt hear anyone else there. Slept well.

The location is ideal. Lovely and quite with clean and tidy rooms. Garden was nice with seating area and a pond. Checking in was easy, just call through at reception and a door code is provided . Ample parking . Nice stay.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Exactly what you hope for and cheap too. Parking was easy.

A/c didn’t work on the hottest day of the year, in fact hasn’t work for some time according to staff!

Lumpy floor in the en-suite bathroom, Dust on the light bulb in the lamp, cobwebs in the lamp in the hallway! Check in was a bit weird

A repeat visit. For the price, nothing to complain about. Quiet, clean, convenient, parking, what more do you need.

Perfectly ok for the price. Rooms have codes so no keys to worry about. Clean, good shower, coffee making facilities and parking. I have booked again already.

The hotel and rooms are very clean, there's parking and CCTV, fridge and tea/ coffee in my room, shared use microwave. Budget friendly accomodation.

Does not have a restaurant or a bar breakfast is at the garden centre and restaurants are in the village. Ensuite is a bathroom down the corridor from the room.And no gym.

Parking good

Very poor. We paid for a deluxe triple room as it was cheaper than a standard double, when we arrived the gentleman told us we couldn’t have that room as it was under occupied and would have to have another room. The room was poor Avoid this place
