So close to the airport!

Good service in average but the property is old and without a lift to the 2nd floor with some luggage of 30 kg and no one help us in taking them into the room

My flight at HAM was cancelled at the last moment. I had no remaining options that day and needed a place to stay. I was able to walk to this hotel (about a 15 minutes). The hotel is an old building with dated furniture. That said, the staff was great, and the room was clean. The breakfast was very nice. A few restaurants are also within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator available. Carrying 2 suitcases at age 84 made it a little bit more challenging.

Close to airport. Far from places to eat.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast room/continental breakfast for 12 Euros extra. Free shuttle to the airport from the Marriott hotel(adjacent to the Kocks hotel). Within 10 minutes walking distance to airport. There is no elevator in this hotel and bathroom was very small ( my knees where touching the wall when sitting on toilet). Needs to be renovated.

It is a charming hotel not far from the airport. It is a little bit outdated, with mold in the bathroom, and a damp smell by the reception area and hallway. Our room was supposed to have one double bed, we were given a room with two single beds. Basic breakfast, very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall for one night was ok.

I was very impressed by the friendly, helpful and competent staff. The hotel itself is quite basic and feels rather dated for the price I paid. Must have been another weekend with a big event in Hamburg, everything else was even pricier.

Needs a good modernization

Friendly staff and clean room but lack of sound proofing, could hear somebody snoring all night from the room next door. Good location for the airport, but better similar priced hotel around the corner.

Very well situated next to the airport and subway.

It's overall fine and ok. I mostly stay there because of traveling to work. For my needs all what I want.

A small hotel very close to the Hamburg airport at a reasonable price. Plentiful breakfast buffet starting at 4 am. makes is easy to get something to eat before catching the shuttle next door for an early flight.

No coments. The best thing about it was his convenience from the airport and they provided a shuttle.

They allow me to check in early. Breakfast is excellent

In the room I had on the 2nd floor, I thought that the room furniture was very outdated, it looked like something from the 1970's, the shower was awkward for me to get in and out of as the shower base was about 18"-20" (45-50cm) deep. Also the lighting in the corridor between the stairs and my room was dark at night, I had to use the light on my phone as the light illumination was from the stairs sign above the exit door.

Very close airport location, free airport shuttle; nice breakfast buffet offered for only 8 Euros. Beds were comfy, room spacious. Hotel is a bit outdated but perfect for overnight stay

The main issue in the hotel are the floorboards - they creak like mad. Even though there are no flights between 10.30pm and 6pm you can't get sleep as every step on the stairs and in the rooms seems to creak.
