Very goods … nice property and staffing.

A tired old hotel that is incredibly noisy.

Overall good stay. Super clean, comfortable, convenient and great staff. All was quiet until loud music started at 2:30am and I couldn’t figure out where it came from but I mentioned it to the staff at departure at 4:30 and they were going to call the police. The attached restaurant is good. The airport shuttle was on time, super clean and friendly - well worth the 500 pesos. Would absolutely stay again but ask for a different room due to the noise issue.

Excellent place beautiful city to relax shopping and many other things

This hotel is unique to Mexico and Queretaro. It is located in the heart of Centro. Very convenient to the area.

This is my favorite hotel within the historic center.

Great place to stay

The hotel and rooms are very nice. The only negative is there is a large clocktower nearby that chimes every hour even late at night, it definitely woke me up in the morning too. Also if you stay during a rainstorm there may be a little water coming into the bathroom from a very high window. It didn't affect the bedroom and it only barely got wet in the bathroom.

The staff was outstanding on all fronts. We went to them for help for several things, from document printing to airport transportation and others. They helped with a smile every time.

Everything is walking distance. So many options on food, also shopping.

Early check-in, which was nice. Lunch was great at Hanks. Room was clean, king size bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Location was excellent!

Overally great hotel. Huge room with classic interier. Just one thing that the sound of bell made me cannot sleep. I think the bell activates every quarter of an hour🙂‍↕️

Service was friendly and good. From our car to and from the airport to all the answered questions. We loved it.

Staff was very friendly. Property very pretty.

Overall it was pleasant. Staff was super attentive and when we reported a couple of issues, these were promptly resolved. I love the history and authenticity of the decor, fits the surrounding area.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. It is dirty, disgusting, falling apart and run down. The carpet was stained and the bedding was stained. This hotel looked like a motel in one of the worst movies you could ever imagine..
