It was a very clean place

1st room had mites, I was then moved and the 2nd room had bed bugs. Woke up to an arm filled with bites. I booked for 3 nights and asked for a reimbursement and both EXPEDIA AND THE HOTEL have given me the run around. Supposedly calling the hotel so they can authorize the refund and they said no one ever called. Horrible experience and nasty nasty nasty hotel room. I would stay here when they opened and thought they would keep up with maintenance but I was obviously wrong. NWVER STAYING HERE AGAIN even if it was free, I’d rather sleep in my car in the side of a rode than to book this place again.

We stay at this hotel like every 3 months,and we'd like to see something different in the main dishes in the breakfast

Staff was good. The shower had mold on the grout between the tiles all around up to my chest. There was hair on bed and floor

Está muy bien sólo para yegar y dormir... las cama si están un poco duras y chicas pero definitivamente no es para familia desafortunadamente me equivoqué al reservar aquí pero el personal es muy amable... el desayuno está rico

Una recomendación mejorar en la limpieza olía mal 🙄 una aroma muy fuerte 😩si pudieran mejorar en eso sería muy bueno 🙏

Clean room and good air condotioning

Check in process was smooth and very pleasant. The breakfast is amazing. The room was nice and clean. The parking is close to lobby.
