I enjoyed my stay at this facility. The sauna and steam room were great (though I found the opening hours quite limiting). The 24-hour open gym is also nice. The hotel's location is a 10-minute walk from the train station which means a bit of walking. The trams and public transport buses are easily accessible from across the street. There's a park right next to the hotel so one can go on a stroll and enjoy a bit of nature there. There wasn't much in the way of variety at breakfast and I found that a bit limiting. My check-in process was smooth and the gentleman handling it was very helpful; and I loved the free cookie they give.

I stayed here for a special occasion, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I contacted the hotel, Burcak Celik and Mia Vidovic provided exceptional support. Thanks to their kindness and my Hilton Gold membership, I had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful Junior Suite. What impressed me most was the staff’s attention to detail—they made sure our room was perfectly prepared for our specific needs, including arranging a very comfortable extra bed, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and the hospitality felt genuinely warm throughout. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna, especially if you are celebrating a special occasion.

Everything was perfect! It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a stay in Vienna during the Christmas market season.🎄🎅🏼 4 km from the city centre but.. 150 m from the tram station 750 m from the metro station Same for the bus station All 3 of them and you can get a 24/48 h ticket on WienMobil. Moving on to when we arrived at the hotel to check in, the staff gave us a little treat to welcome us: two bottles of water and two cookies (warm and delecious). The room was very spacious for a standard double room and the bed was very big, comfortable and soft. Also, very safe because you couldn’t use the elevator unless you scanned the room key card (when going up). Breakfast 100000/10 a lot of options and really tasty. Although, the parking was too expensive almost 30 euros/day but you can opt for a park and ride which is a great choice 8 euros/day IF you have only a suitcase, because the whole idea is that you park the car and then you use public transportation straight to the hotel. I recommend repark garage Längenfeldgasse. Usually public transportation is only a few minutes’ walk away. Overall, the hotel truly deserves a five-star rating😊

A well presented hotel and for the right traveller probably ticks more boxes. For us slightly disappointing. Stayed for 3 night and room not cleaned the entire stay. Front desk staff not overly friendly and everyone very functional. Location great for Schönbrunn Palace but a good 60 minute walk to main areas of Vienna so would recommend elsewhere if you’re a tourist.

This is genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I had a pleasant experience. Albeit the location is a bit far from the city centre and most tourists attractions, the room is very comfortable and I was happy to sleep like a log after a long day. 10/10! Will come back again in the future :)
