Clean room

The hotel and staff were both amazing! Lucia especially was very helpful with my checkout. Incredible complimentary breakfast. Clean rooms, fluffy pillows and quiet. Also right next to tons of food options at Rita Marias. The ONLY place to stay downtown. Will be going back soon!

Room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was extremely small but we only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If I was staying longer the room would have been too small (we stayed in a luxo casal room).

Staff was not too cooperative. They were very rigid on checkout time and not willing to given even 15 min grace!!

The hotel is been renovating. Start early in the morning, no time to rest after 9 am. The rest of the hotel is decent.

Good place in front of the bus terminal. Good place to crash for a night during bus travel.

Good option in Florianopolis downtown. Hotel is comfortable, clean and the superior rooms have a great view facing the bay. There’s also a complimentary buffet breakfast which is really good. Overall I recommend.

The hotel used to be nice, but it’s old now, nothing like the photos. People are friendly and want to provide a good service, but the property definitely needs an update.

The hotel was decent. It wasn't super fancy and quite basic. However the pool was nice. The elevators were not great, but I guess it's not a big deal.
